i give some very hot, grinding dances. and i have to say i don't feel ashamed, or uncomfortable, OR that am i am somehow demeaning myself. im perfectly comfortable doing it.( i don't do "extras" however ).

i spend too much time talking to customers, but it pays off because i've found i have many more regulars than most girls in my club who do the "wanna dance?" line the minute they sit down..it wastes my time some nights, but i can't stand sounding cliched and cold.

ill sit by myself or in the dressing room when im bored or its slow.

ill bitch out customers who sit on the stage and won't even put up a dollar.

i refuse to hustle large groups of young guys or couples. i HATE the groups of young females who come in there to gawk and giggle like little school girls at us like we are circus freaks.

i don't bring up VIP. i can't stand the champagne room, and with the prices my club has, i earn more doing dances and with way less pressure from the guys for the small pittance they give me. unless a guy brings it up, i won't hustle vip.

im a pushover. ill lend my stuff to the other dancers, ill sit and listen to customers who just need a shoulder to cry on..i really need to be more cutthroat. that one i am really going to start changing!
I am the SAME way only I don't give my number out(husband wouldn't like that)But I do have a Facebook as my dancer alias: Lilly that I give to others I really like and have money.

I also don't not ask for VIP. My clubs prices are decent and some night I only ask for VIP though I've made beaucoup from lap dances.

I have a bad habit of not shaving my kitty everyday, legs yes, under arms yes. I blame it on razor burn. Honestly I think the guys sometimes don't even care about that.

I am notorious for not maintaining my eyebrows- but I am getting better.

I shop for clothes, shoes, and jewelry WAY too much and ignore my everyday wardrobe.

I do love to drink at work and have gotten pretty wasted AND drove home. Learning to slow down and drink more water- plus hustling I've learn in my 6 months of dancing is much more easier with just a 'buzz' and not inebriated.

I talk about girls behind their back and sometimes to customers. ONLY ABOUT the girls that I know for a fact are acting nasty in the back. "Don't wanna catch something, huh?"

    I smoke too much.

I allow too much vulgarity from customers before I say 'no' or 'stop that'- my club gives refunds sometimes and dammit I want my money! But it is starting to lower my esteem. Got to stand up for myself more!

I've NEVER had my toes done.

I NEVER wear pasties when it is law- bad bad me, I know. >_< I don't know how management doesn't see but. . . they don't!

I rarely arrive to work with hair and make-up done.

I don't lie to customers- I don't tell them every single detail BUT I find many men appreciate honesty which equals money the majority of the time. Or alteast they remember me and come back to see me.

While at work tonight I thought of more....

When we have more girls to customers & I see "money" walk in the door. I am on that table like a fat kid on cake, don't care if they have a drink or not.

I drink too much at work, sometimes get drunk, oops
I give my # out too much cuz of drinking and in the morning when I see that dreaded text/call I usually just ignore them unless I feel they might be worth my while then Ill text a few times to see whats up with them and if not what I want, I just ignore.
I never take my bottoms off even when working in nude clubs, I feel like theres no incentive to go to the vip if I just give that away too easily.
I try to never go on stage if the club doesnt force it.
I am an asshole to guys who dont want to give me $$.
I sit at the bar yawning looking bored as hell if I am not making money.
I hate guys that just want to talk to you and not spend, I hate the small talk, I just want there $$ and do not make any effort to hide that fact.lol.
Ill take guys $$ when they offer it to me for extras and walk away as soon as they give it to me (I dont do extras but I know other girls in the club that will do it for cheap so they think I will too, wrong)
I have only hooked up with one guy I met in the club outside of the club, I just dont think its a good idea and this guy confirmed to me, it is not a good idea, he became a stalker!-lesson learned
I leave early/come in late all the time.
I tell so many lies to custies I cannot keep them straight so when I see them again I forget what I told them, they usually will end up talking about it tho so I can catch on.

I never get my toenails done. I think running would fuck them up anyway. I look after my feet because of running otherwise I'd get dry skin, so they look okay but I never go for pedicures...
I do get acrylics done, but not always, sometimes my nails are a state at work!
I vape at work, and hide it behind the customers.
I dirty dance too. I watch what some girls do and think 'She's a shit lapdancer!' I am not the greatest hustler but as a rule, if I can get a guy in VIP he stays there, and if I can get a guy into a £20 dance he usually wants more dances. I'm pretty good at the job (without extras or being too dirty, don't let them touch me or anything)!

I rarely even straighten my hair for work anymore. I just throw some hairspray on it so it looks like that's what it was supposed to look like.

I always drink at work and often before.

    I don't hustle VIP.

I give out my number, though it's not like I ever actually respond to texts or calls afterward so I don't know why I even bother trying to keep up that charade lol

I will blatantly not give female customers anymore attention/more bang for their buck than I do male customers, despite the fact that all the other girls will hop to to do the drawn-out "sexy lesbian" show for them.. It's the same amount of money... if they want more, they can tip more than the guys...

My toenails will actually get so raunchy that I'll just wear boots for like a week until I feel motivated to do anything about them haha

Touching during dances "technically" isn't allowed in any of the clubs I've worked, but only one actually enforced the rule. In the others, everyone else allowed it, so I did too.

I will happily sit in the DR on my phone for a 10 minute break. If the managers will allow girls to "sit around doing nothing" while on a smoke-break, then fuck that. Just because I don't smoke doesn't mean I'm not allowed to take a break. And I will point that out to them when they get shitty with me for "sitting on my ass."

I never change my outfit during a shift.

I will over-tip the nice staff that help me and under-tip the lazy, entitled people who don't do shit.

I often don't wash my outfits between shift as well, I work Fri and Sat night so fuck messing about when I get in at 6am-they only usually smell of perfume/fake tan/stripper aroma anyway and the club lights are low!

Really they're not that bad! They do 2 $10 songs, but they truncate the songs. So doing 2 $10 dances is like doing 1 $20 dance, time-wise. It just annoys me if I'm not *already* sitting with a customer when the special starts, because they make us evacuate the dressing room and force us to make a sale. And I don't like being told what to do! Lol. That's one of the reasons I'm a stripper in the first place...

If a customer is being disgusting, I tell them.

    Chew gum on stage

Ive told customers they can touch more in the champagne room, knowing damn well the bouncers watch more in the champagne room than the dance rooms.

I wear a ton of perfume and glitter, because I figure the dudes kind of deserve divorce dust/scent.

My club used to do ten dollar floor dances (they stopped those) and I would totally never ever mention them. When customers asked me to do them, I would say its a waste of money, and would literally dance two feet away from them if they insisted. 4

As soon as they start crazy boring conversation, I interrupt and ask if they're in the mood for a dance, if they say no or maybe later I say "I need to go" and walk away asap

Work at a full nude club, but leave my bottoms on as much as I can. If a guy asks me to take them off I will tell them to spend more money.

I take tips in my thong alllll the time even though its forbidden

I share too much personal info with girls I work with

I do give my number out to customers who spend enough molah....cheap prepaid phones girls?

AGREED! I hate that clubs are the new hang out spot for women, and it seems to be getting worse. I'm so glad I'm almost done dancing. I never go up to any female whatsoever.

    Bad stripper:

I don't work sober. Ever. I'm much better at keeping it under control although I had my nights where I would drink too much.

I give out my number if they spend enough. I keep a burner phone for that reason. I may banter with them through text just to see when they will return, but anything else I just ignore the number.

I've gotten nude in the VIP before when that wasn't allowed.

I rarely get fake nails. I like the look, but I'm too lazy to maintain them.

Awesome thread! How did I miss this one lol

Ok so i pretty much do what everyone else does:

I drink until about 2 hours before closing then i drink water the rest of the night, only way that sexy vixen comes out.
I give out my prepaid phone number to everyone, buts it comes in handy on slow nights.
I sit alone when its slow but have actually had guys come up to ask me for dances this way.
If no one tips me on stage and its slow ill either sit down, start chatting with someone, or play on my phone.
Im always late for the stage and never hear the DJ call me, someone has to come find me or tell me that im suppose to be up.
Lastly if someone asks for dances and im on stage Ill just walk off if another girl is on stage with me. Im not a big fan of the stage as you can see and thank god I tip the DJ very well bc i know i get on his nerves lol

Side note I dont like when women come in with men, but a group of lesbians, omg soooo much fun at least the ones ive met and man do they spend! I once danced for a group of like 6-7 girls and went home quesitoning my sexuality that night O_O

I like to drink at work. I never get sloppy drunk and girls are shocked when they see me drink. My response is of course I drink! How else would I be able to do this?

I come late to work 90% of the time and I take advantage of the fact that I make the club lots of money with VIP rooms ESP on Saturdays. They would lose money if they sent me home but truth is I really depend on that club for money. It goes both ways.

I smoke pot in the parking lot every day before work and come into work feeling nice. The mixture of alcohol & pot gives me the energy and sensuality I need to hustle.

Although I don't normally do drugs at the club, I have done E and did coke on rare occasions. It felt awesome!

I hate female customers. I always get the impression that they think they are jelous bitches who think they are above us strippers but truth is they are not.

This is SUPER interesting to me. Do guys tend to get dances with you because you don't wear makeup? Did you corner the market on this look?

Honestly, I'm amazed and impressed that you have the confidence to work in a dark club with no makeup on...I feel like even gorgeous girls look washed out in those conditions. And even girls who look like they aren't wearing makeup are generally wearing foundation, light mascara, tinted lip balm, etc.

somedays ill skip foundation because the lights kind of smooth the skin over, but eye makeup i never skip! its like theatre makeup, to stick out in the dark lights you can overdo it a bit im curious too about the girls who never do any makeup, it seems like even a natural beauty would need a little pop unless the lights aren't as dim as they are in my club

^Yeah, exactly. I never wear foundation either, but my eyes would look non-existent if not for mascara, eyeliner, and eyeshadow (I never wear eyeshadow OTC, but ITC, it makes a huge difference).

There's not usually a whole lot of drama at our club, but when there is, I totally listen to the story.

I laugh at other girls, especially when they're drunk.. but I'm also usually the one to take them home (That is, if I'm not tipsy myself!)

Not really rule breaking, but at my club everything is full, two-way contact. I tell guys that lapdances are one-way, and VIP is two-way. Otherwise, why would they spend the extra $$ for a VIP? It cuts down on guys thinking the VIP is where they get sex. I DON'T do it all the time, because I would get my ass kicked, but if a guy is really on the fence about a dance and I need the money, I will charge $20 instead of $25. I stay over on my shifts and work a double. Not against the rules, but I've learned to keep my mouth shut when I do it, because the night girls are very territorial and don't want day girls to stay over. I never tip the DJs, because one of them always leaves before I make any real money (I do give him a tip when I've made money before his shift is over, though), one of them is a manager who makes hourly, has paid vacation time, and gets our house fees, and the other is the night DJ, who only does one set for me when I'm on day shift, after the other DJ leaves - I only tip him when I stay over or work a night. I hustle stage tips for other girls (if I like them, and if I know they'll do the same for me).

Default Re: Stripper Rules You DON'T Follow

    I'm a good kid because:

I always show up at least 10 minutes early for my shift

I'm stage-ready when I get there (never room in the DR to do my makeup etc anyway so I just do it at home)

I always tip at least the expected/required amount to bouncers, dj, anyone who hooks me up w/ a sale

I am happy to dance for female customers (I actually get more turned on by the ladies than the boys)

I stay out of the dressing room if there are customers in the building (except to change, freshen up, go pee...)

I don't gossip about the other girls or the customers at work. My best friend works at the same club, we have 2 shifts together and 2 apart every week and we gossip plenty outside of work but the agreement is that we don't discuss it with anyone but each other.

    My bad girl things:

I drink at work, noticeably, and I'll even act more drunk around the customers buying me drinks because they think I'll be looser when they get me upstairs (I don't do extras at all, they still can't pet the kitty no matter how intoxicated I get, but they can dream right? Who am I to kill their fantasy before we get upstairs)

We get a lot of customers expecting sex in VIP. I find them repulsive and as far as I know there are minimal to no extras going on at my club so I lead those guys on to think they're getting "everything" if they take me to VIP then when we're up there I make them pay up-front and tell them no the second they try anything. If they push it I walk with their money and the bouncer always backs me up because I give him a larger cut if I get to leave early. I never outright say we're gonna do anything specific, instead I'll beat around the bush with things like "I hear there's bowling upstairs, let's go find out" so I don't have to answer their questions.

Half the reason I rock the country/cowgirl look is because my boots have flat soles and 3 inch heels and are far more comfy than my stripper shoes. I have other outfits. I just never wear any of them.

I sell my panties to customers and don't claim it in my tips at the end of the night so I don't have to tip out on it. $60-$80 for a thong I paid $7 for, why not? I charge $60 if I just put them on, $80 if I've been dancing in it all night and it smells like coochie spray and perfume and sweat, The vendor comes every Friday to sell me more and she knows I will need at least 5 every week.

I bought a burn phone this week because I wanted to give my regulars my number. A few of them drive from 1.5-2 hours away to see me (not many clubs around) and I want them to know when I pick up an extra shift or decide not to work one night so they don't come in and spend on another girl. My regulars only do VIP with me for the most part (there are a couple that like me and one other girl, always a different one, whatevs.) but they'll come in and get lapdances from the other girls if I'm not there and that's MY money, ladies, sorry.

I don't usually take my top off on stage if I make less than $20 that set. Rules require I get topless by song 2 but if I'm not making money I'm not gonna give them a free show. If I'm feeling really evil I'll take my top off, walk across the stage to the farthest pole from them, and dance facing away/with my hair covering the girls so they can't fault me but they don't get to see still.

I give customers till the end of my second song to throw a dollar on the rail, if they don't I kick them off my stage during the 3rd. I'm not nice about it.

I always say "and tipping is optional, but appreciated if you had fun!" at the end of telling them how much they owe me for the dance I just did. I usually get an additional $5 for every lapdance, and at least $50 for VIP.

My best friend and I totally use good cop/bad cop to hustle the customers. I make fun of one guy in the group to sell a dance to their friends. If we're doing shots and the one guy "just wants a beer" I'll tell the bartender "3 shots of Fireball and a water for the lady" and point at him and his beer. Surprisingly I make more money this way, the other friends think it's hilarious, that one guy will get offended and spend his money on another dancer (cue my best friend who does the opposite and plays the super-friendly and nice-to-everyone role, kiss that damaged ego and put a bandaid on it sweetheart) and vice versa if she's sitting there charming them and they're not buying I sit down and engage the thumbscrews, imply that if they don't want a dance they might just be broke or gay... I'm terrible but it works and it's nice not having to be little miss sunshine all the time lol.

Editing because I also don't get my nails done, wear fake eyelashes, or tan, and I take money in my thong ALL the time. As well as between my breasts, and I can pick it up with my butt cheeks (it ONLY works for $20 bills or larger, though, so weird! *eyeroll*)
