    Default Day vs night shift

Hey ladies, ive been working night shifts since august, but recently started working day shifts. Nights, i would be making $600-$1300. Now im making $300-$500. Ive been told day shift girls focus more on making regulars, so im not sure if thats reason for my lower income, or if its just because its january and the whole bar/resaurant scene is taking a hit.

Is it possible to make just as much working days as nights? Its in the heart of downtown where plenty of government workers come in during lunch.

This depends on SO many things -- your club, your hustle, the amount/quality of girls that work days vs nights, etc. I'm switching to day shift at my club. I've been doing "midshift" the last couple of shifts I've worked in order to meet potential regulars but still make money later in case it was slow... I finally met a few good ones so I'm done doing nights. I live too far away from my club to drive home at 3:00 AM and hate having to spend my earnings on a hotel because I feel like I might as well be traveling to a better city! (/rant)

That being said, if your club will let you, maybe you should try working midshift, or stay a few extra hours until you do make regulars because yes, most of the time that is what will make you money on day shift.

Thats a good idea. I just feel like I have to act like and upbeat party animal working nights, in order to attract customers. So i like working the days for that reason.

Thanks, though! I'll give it a shot

I agree there are so many variables. I have found that there are def a fair share of wealthy men that will head to the club during the day (cut out of work early). And you def can get some good regulars that way. But at night the clubs can get so much busier that you make more money because of the increase in custies.

But agian, so many factors. I've worked in an area where after the game was over the club got crowded.

Day shift is quite a different hustle than night shift, so it could very well be that you're just adjusting to that and don't have any regulars yet. That said, January is also a slow period in many areas, so your income at night may have decreased as well if you were still working then.

Why did you make the switch? If you were making 3x plus at night, why not just go back to it?

Ive been dealing with the same thing. The hardest part is adjusting to the pace. On the up side, ive noticed guys coming in solo are coming in with the intention to spend. There are less young, dumb, drunk guys looking for free entertainment. I still have by no means mastered dayshift, but if your more of the convetsational type u can do well.
Shanna dior gave me good advice last week- if your workin days remain consistent with the days u work to cultovate regulars. Give it some time. Ive been making little notes in my phone about local guys (names, job, interests etc) dayshift seems to be about guys looking for a more "personal" experience, they tend to know how strip clubs work & are not just roaming in for the hell of it.

Yes! So many dancers don't even bother to remember their clients' names, let alone anything about them, so they're quite happy when you refer to them by their name or ask a question about something they do or an even they said they were going to attend. They really do want a "personal" experience.
