I need a workout pplan designed for thin waist n a big ass n hips. I know some of it is genes, but I'm feeling obsessed.

I used to work out with a friend who did steroids and she could work like an animal for hours, nap, and work an 8 hour shift and bank! I would go to work with her, limping and miserable.
