Default Saying on your website or eBanned you accept MoneyPak & Vanilla Reloads: okay, risky?

I was trying to find an answer to this. If I advertise on my website or eBanned auctions that I accept payment through MoneyPak or Vanilla reloads, could I get into some kind of trouble by doing this? I was trying to find info in reading the terms of each and also other girls here, but can't find much.

I am NOT loading onto a green dot debit card, so I don't have to worry about the adult transaction stuff. I have 2 different prepaid cards, one takes MoneyPak and one takes Vanilla Reloads.

Also, the email addresses associated with sending the card numbers are different then the emails the prepaid cards are in, if that helps at all.

It can be risky. The company could have people browsing ebanned and other websites looking for the text "moneypak" or "paypal" in auctions. A way to get around this-- instead of text use a graphic. So in your auction write "I accept these forms of payment" and then add a moneydot picture/graphic beneath that (like here's an image http://www.betamerica.com/images/greendot.jpg). Does that make sense?
Also you might want to have 2 different emails-- one associated with ebanned auctions/customer service and another email address thats registered with moneypak. Don't put the email address associated with moneypak into the auction. Just make sure when you invoice a buyer that you tell them the appropriate email address to send payment.

I've tried this, and I've received cease and desist letters with graphics and text.

Yes, never link a moneypak/greendot on an adult site. They will make you take it down.

Thanks guys. So it's probably best to say "ask me what forms of payment I accept" or something like that and then just answer in an email?

Do you guys think it would be okay if I said something like "I accept certain prepaid card reloads, message me for details." or would that be pushing it?

I would read the site TOS, it's been years since I sold on there. Read them, and then decide that way you don't get in trouble and the girls don't rat you out. If it's cool, I think posting that would get the point across. Though a lot of times buying reloads can be a bit of a hassle for guys. Luckily panties/sales aren't instant so they shouldn't complain too much. I just know personally I prefer convenience over anything as I'd have to go to the store just to pick them up. This can be a bit much for someone who doesn't frequent the stores as much.

Thanks KK. I think I am going to put something like that on my personal website but then for eBanned and similar stuff I will read into what exactly you can say. I have seen a lot of girls mention Paypal in their auctions, which is crazy! I even messaged a girl very nicely telling her that they search for Paypal on there and that she should atleast write it as [email protected] or something like that but she never messaged me back. Oh well.

I just prefer cash as giftcards annoy me but if worst comes to worst I will accept them. There is one girl I see that charges 20% more if you pay with a gift card. I think it's a good idea but idk if it would turn off a lot of customers.
