Anyone tried this?
I have been attempting it for a few months now. Never managed more than three weeks. though when i did manage that I did practically loose my belly pooch. and my ass went smaller and smoother. Muscle definition was starting to show real nicely. It kills though and it' hard HARD work. I know it works and started again yesterday. I will do a hybrid Insanity one day and P90X the next. With what i call the caveman diet. Don't eat if a caveman wound't recognize it as food.
So thought to put out there so there is more encouragement for me to stick it through.
and ask if anyone here have done it?
If it helps with pole work?
and just talk about it in general.
I for one would recommend it even though I've yet to finish the program. Also i know it's pricy. but I have managed to find a place to download both for free. If you'lll like to know PM.
