My biggest issue is that I am hypoglycemic. I have to eat quite often, otherwise my blood sugar will plummet and I will become shaky, have blurred vision, and, in extreme cases, it can lead to passing out and coma. It's difficult enough to have the time to eat every two hours or so in the morning and early afternoon, but it is even more difficult to find foods that are easily accessible and won't make me gain 15lbs a meal.
My choices are further limited by the fact that I have oral food allergy syndrome, which, essentially, is an allergy to most uncooked or unfrozen fruits, veggies, and nuts caused by extreme pollen allergies and the exposure of those foods to said pollens. I can have most raw berries, but any other raw fruit will cause my throat and lips to itch and swell to varying degrees. Raw veggies are mostly a no, though I seem to have no issue with leafy greens so far. Raw nuts usually aren't as bad, but some are worse than others. I can have some pecans right now, for example, but I have to drink milk or something with them, because even though I'm only mildly irritated by them, if residue stays in my throat... well, yeah... possible eventual swelling, restricted breathing, death, blahblahblah.
At this point, I'm basically living off Rice Chex with almond milk (did I forget to mention I'm sensitive, but not intolerant, to gluten and dairy in large/frequent quantities?) and meats, as I recently had to give up vegetarianism. I've given up soda and hardly drink alcohol or coffee anymore, as they all worsen hypoglycemia. My dairy right now is usually plain Greek yogurt and sometimes an individual thing of milk if I'm on campus and I feel shaky, plus cheese added to some things. I feel best when I have a whole grain bread-based meal, like a whole grain bagel, or whole grain pasta with chicken and veggies, but I'm afraid this will make me gain weight in the long run.
I know this pretty much makes me the neediest eater ever, but if anyone has any ideas, I'm all ears. I'm thinking of maybe preparing salads in small containers. Something like spinach, boiled eggs, chicken or turkey, but idk what kind of dressing to put on it. Are there any cereal/protein bars or something like that that aren't fake-healthy sugar bars that I can keep in my bag so I don't die? Oh, and, uh, those can't have milk chocolate, because that shit gives me migraines. Fuck my body.

. Making veggie chips at home could be good too-if you can have dehydrated veggies
. You can either make them in a dehydrator, or in the oven using a little oil (of choice)/sea salt.
