I just stumbled upon this, looking for a book about sales that someone recommended to me years ago that I can't remember the name of. I never found the book, but found this sales encyclopedia of sorts, and thought I'd share it.

Some obviously wouldn't work in the club, but a lot of them would work very well I think!

It was a new sales book, (published post-2K I'm pretty sure), I just have this mental block and keep thinking it's Tipping Point by Gladwell but I don't think it is...
