I’ve been reading up on liquid chlorophyll, after seeing ppl drinking “green water” at the gym.
Apparently it, “has the power to regenerate our bodies at the molecular and cellular level and is known to help cleanse the body, fight infection, help heal wounds, and promote the health of the circulatory, digestive, immune, and detoxification systems”.
I’m a bit of a “try anything once kind of health nut” and I’m keen to give it a go! Does anyone here take it/use it in juices etc? Do you rate it?

. Yeah, I've read that it reduces body oder/improves your breath.
) I’d recommend gradually building the dose up over time so that your body gets used to it-I should have done this
