    This sounds risky. There are actually companies that do this for a living, providing fake references, and I would go with something like that even though you have to pay for it because it's just better all around. Wouldn't they recognize your voice afterwards?

    As far as three way calls though yes she can add you to the call, but not if the reference checker is calling her, unless she stops and puts her on hold and then calls you, but then it goes from her voice picking up to your voice (if that makes sense). The only way it would work is if you can go to her house and actually pick up the phone yourself.

    They wouldn't recognize my voice afterwards since it is a third party doing the fact checking not my employer. I'll look into the companies you mentioned, Thanks fo much!

    I haven't falsified any information on my resume however I have been stripping for 7 years and did need a third reference when I didn't have a lot of other options. As someone who is trying to find leave the industry I have been having a tough time, so I was at least giving it a try. Everything worked out fine as my friend did an amazing job at my coaching.
