I haven't finished reading this thread, so maybe this has already been said: guys on MFC do not have to be in your room to see you. You can't see them, but there could have been quite a few people who viewed what was going on in your room, decided it wasn't for them, and then left.

This. I had a website, developed a fan-base, created a members section and spent alot of time catering to fans (created weekly content , posted weekly updates, sent out newsletters, created youtube tease videos). I did that for about 2yrs but then I slowly started to realize that I wasn't making any money off of my so called "fans". I had like 100-200 ppl on my mailing list and every time I sent out a newsletter there'd be a shit ton of views. But then I realized that out of those 200 ppl that only 3-5 were spending money on me. I ended up closing everything down and moving to a new niche.

What's messed up is that I felt guilty for changing niches and abandoning my fan-base. As a last hurrah I sent out a final newsletter saying that I switched niches and posted links to the new content. The fans didn't spend a dime but the guys who spent on me in the past brought some of my new content. Within a couple of months of switching niches I made more money then I did in those 2yrs of doing my old niche and dealing with my old "fans". I no longer felt guilty after that.

I think too many ladies/ppl spend too much time building/wasting their time on a fan-base. Like myself ppl fail to realize the difference between a fan and a customer. You want a customer-base not a fan-base. Fans don't spend $$. They just admire you, appreciate the free stuff that you give them, and that's it. Fans don't mean shit.. Customers are the ones who mean everything. Excuse my frankness but because of my experience I've come to not like fans. I ignore anyone who tells me that there one. I like, appreciate, and only want to deal with Customers. Fans can kick rocks and ran across hot coals. Don't waste your time like I did focusing on fans aka ppl that will never spend. Spend your time focusing on customers aka ppl that show their admiration through $$.

Also guys on SM complain about my rates when they are a HUGE pay cut compared to my MFC pvts. Or the 30 second peepers, GOLD show BS, ect... This list goes on and on! HA!
I feel the same way as you about these sites.

In addition to what you said about guys on SM complaining about rates (I get that on there all the time too), on MFC I don't feel like everything I say/do is "walking on eggshells." I can remind guys to follow me on Twitter, and I can flash my ass however I want to flash without worrying about a suspension.

@ Blovely I agree with everything you wrote! It is so true. I too wasted 2 years on MFC creating a fanbase. My Twitter account was like this: 1500ish followers, I would post something random and no1 would respond, i would post how i needed some tips because the week was slow, again no response, i would post a free tease photo, the photo got 300 retweets and favourites, and a shit load of 'sexy' comments. Fans = waste of time. MFC is based on having a different kind of "fanbase" its not really a fanbase it ismore of a small bunch of RICH sugardaddies. Most of the mfc top girls get their entire wage packet off of the same 2-4 blokes every month, that same girl then has an actually fanbase of over 2000 'fans' who do nothing but sit in her room freeloading and favourite her sexy pics on twitter. Cunts.

^Hence the MFC model is shit. Too many freeloaders sucking up bandwidth for nothing.

Yup, and I made a comment like that on the other forum, and some guy who thinks he knows everything was like "That's silly! The number of guys in a room have nothing to do with MFC's issues!" *rolls eyes* Oh, really, Mr. Know-It-All?
