Hi ladies, I'm new to this forum but I've been dancing for around 2.5 years.
I'm curious how to build relationships with customers to the point that you have dependable regulars.
The club I work at is more like a bar with naked ladies dancing in it. It's a small, clean, easy-going and low hustle environment. I've never had a regular come to see more for longer than a couple months, and often they'll stop buying dances after a while but still come visit me, which is worthless since I don't make money from that. I've talked to girls who have regulars they can just call or text to come in and spend money on them. That's what I want!!
I'm curious how you find regulars and maintain that relationship so they don't get bored with you or start taking advantage of you. I need to get paid and because my club is not a hustle-type club, most of my money depends on whether or not I'm lucky and a big-spender (usually someone traveling through town) comes in that night. I want something more dependable than that.
I'd love to find a regular who pays well for my time, values me and understands the nature of the dancer/regular relationship. I've met girls who've had their regs take them shopping at fancy stores which also appeals to me. I'm a pretty classy girl, I have a college degree, don't drink or do drugs at work so I think an older wealthy man would be my best bet. How to I turn a guy from a one-night customer to a longer-term mutually beneficial relationship? I don't do extras btw, but I don't think that should effect my ability to find someone.
Do you recommend looking outside the club for someone or is this something I should seek from guys who are coming into my work?
Any advice would be fabulous, thanks!
