I need help. I've worked three shifts so far, but it's slow, and I'm new, which adds up to not a whole lot of money at the end of the night. I need to work more shifts, but my knees and legs are so bruised and my feet so blistered from floorwork/pole/shoes that I just can't take extra shifts.
I can feel the blisters even through bandaids, and the bruises hurt so badly that I can't do any floorwork at all - even squatting down is difficult because it stretches the bruises out.
What do you do to make the bruises hurt less?

. But, if you need to wear band aids to cover the blisters-wear knee high stockings over them to hide the band aids (works a treat
). Wearing them will help prevent new blisters too.
