So I'm pretty bruised up from some stationary holds ad switches I've been trying. I'm wondering if I should wait a few days before practicing again to let the bruises heal or if I should keep practicing.

Take at least a day off. Take longer if you're still sore, so wait until your muscles are no longer sore, basically. You'll be bruised for a while until your skin gets used to it.





Yeah I'm not super sore from it, just bruised. The one on my rib area hurts. :/
