    1) Dance in front of a mirror in your undies to whatever songs make you feel sexy. It'll also make you more aware of how you should feel in your muscles while you're on stage NOT watching yourself. Does that make sense?

    2) Leg workouts. Anything that tones the calves or hamstrings. Or just walk around in your house in them, then you get used to them and how you need to hold your posture to not look like you're struggling. It'll break the shoes in as well.

    3) IMHO it's not really the dance itself that makes the money, it's your sales pitches and hustle and how many dances/VIPs you can sell. Read Hustle Hut for that. But to keep them hooked and buying a second dance, make it more "intense" towards the end, so they think it's just getting good.
