It sounds like you really don't want to go back to dancing, particularly when you'll need to spend a lot of time there. Since you're quite busy with all of the other things going on in your life, keep in mind that going back into dancing will mean sacrificing one of those things. Is there anything you can live without if it means giving it up for dancing? And think about the financial stability you've built up since quitting. Next time you want to quit, you'll probably be back at square one. Of course, if you're smart about it, you can keep up contacts at your pole studio and save save save to make the second transition easier.
Also - by when do you have to tell this club if you're game? Since you seem to really be torn, I'd say to give it a shot at a different club, just to see how you feel about dancing. Christmas isn't that far off that I think your feelings will have changed drastically, but it's certainly possible it was just burn out. The best way to find out would be to take a swing on the ole stage again though!
