Are there any work out routines to get a lean body like a ballerina. I love how their bodies are so long and they're very strong but they don't bulk.

Ballerinas are actually quite short, their bodies look long because they are so thin. The reason they must be short is because many of the male dancers are also short and the female ballerinas can't be taller than the male. Ballerinas are typically short, fairly flat-chested, but tend to maintain a little bit of an ass because they have strength in those muscles.
Natalie Portman lost 20 pounds before her role as a ballerina in The Black Swan (I think her and Mila Kunis both dropped to 95 pounds - wow) and she said that entailed 5 to 8 hours of exercise a day, including swimming a mile a day, and eating a small amount of food. Sounds extreme.
If you really want to get closer to this body type, cardiovascular exercises will help you shed pounds (running/jogging is a good weight loss tool). For a firmer butt, do squats. For a smaller stomach, planks are good. As far as Portman saying she swam a mile a day, well that might be hard for you if you don't have access to a pool. But swimming utilizes every muscle in the body and will help you become more lean.

I agree with nina,It's better now to have physic like them.No doubt there are good at physic but they are very skinny try to make yourself physically healthy rather then skinny.Eat healthy and light food.Make walking/running a part of routine and enjoy the active life.

Checkout the "bar method"; "pure barre"

Once I incorporated Bikram Yoga into my regular cardiovascular (running 3-4 x per week) routine I really started to lean out. I LOVE it. Ultimately, however, it all comes down to what you are putting in your body. Diet is 80% of how you look, no matter how much you work out. I remember a few years ago I was running 100 miles each month but I never looked the way I do now because my diet wasn't as clean and I was still drinking alcohol. You might try Pilates too for leaning you out more.

I smoke once a week and sometimes more. Would that effect the way my body looks as well?

i just quit smoking ( yay!) and im so glad i did! yes it does..you are putting formaldehyde, carbone monoxide, and all sorts of terrible poisons on your body, which divert the vitamins away from your skin and other organs to try and combat it. i used to get winded just running when i smoked. it is so, so bad for you. makes your skin sallow, grey and dry, hurts your lungs, your heart, everything. if you only smoke once a week, just quit ! i got the E cigarette, and i don't smoke at all, tapering off them too!

Nice advice up above there. I personally dont like the bulk either (and I'm a dude) so I try stick to running, biking, etc. Although I do incorporate some push ups and pulls up avoid becoming noodle like/having a marathon runner body. I like how being lean and slim makes people look taller and aesthetically I find it pleasing. Although ballerina bodies to me look to skinny, maybe have a bit more meat on there but I understand they need to be lightweight.
