Default The negative stereotypes we deal with.

Hello everyone. I'm sure many of you are familiar with Reddit. I find that there is such a wave of negativity directed at our profession whenever the subject comes up, so I've created Reddit.com/r/TalesFromYourStripper for us to go on and simply share stories about our profession. That is all. The purpose of this forum is to enlighten people to the fact that we are actually thinking, feeling human beings who have remarkable, noteworthy nights at work...just like all other thinking, feeling human beings.

I thought some of you may enjoy visiting to have the occasional catharsis that we can share with our fellow naked lady people, and the rest of the people of the world who are curious about our weird nights at work, or our feelings while we're there.

    Cheers.

My thoughts exactly! I get into massive rage arguments with people over it. I see hugely upvoted jokes about people throwing coins at girls, and of course there's always the inevitable, "Hur, her parents must be SO PROUD, daddy raped her, she's a junky!" comments. There are so many things I've seen there that actually make me want to go into a dark room and turn off the lights and just hold myself...not to sound too corny, but I think you understand. I want us to have a place there where we can represent ourselves, and where THAT kind of nonsense isn't accepted. I thought about being the first to post, but I don't want to be the only person dancing at the empty party I threw.
