Default SD asking for Wishlist while out the country. Should I be general to specific?

My sugar daddy is out the country and asked me what my "wishlist," is.. Do you guys just compile a list together with pics or just send suggestions? I was thinking of just writing jewelry and/or Chanel handbags or just mention brands: Chanel, Louis Vuitton or should I trust his judgement and simply state, "jewelry."

How would you do your wishlist? He's out the country so I don't want to make it too difficult for him to find me something too specific... who knows where the closest Chanel store is at...

Get stuff with a good resale value, like large clunky gold jewelry.
Handbags are okay and you can mention them, maybe with a few pictures.

It really depends on where he's visiting because you'd ask for leather goods, for example, if he's visiting Italy, but you might go for something else if he's somewhere else.

Good idea on the resale value of stuff.. never thought of that! I agree because he may get something I will hate and I can't help that sometimes.

I'd probably stick with gold, but I'd have him bring back cooking spices that are expensive here (saffron, vanilla) but only if you yourself cook. Maybe research what that area is known for, and then decide.

The problem is, if you ask for a chanel and he doesn't go to an actual shop, he's going to get a knock off. Knowing that, perhaps you should just ask for knock off purses and that way you can still ask for big money items, while having the knockoffs for personal use.

It depends. Do you want stuff for your own use, or do you want stuff that you can resell for cash?

If you want stuff for your own use, then pick something you know he can't fuck up, but that you'll like. I would personally ask for Hello Kitty items, but only because I'm obsessed. So much kawaii stuff in Asia though! But if I had a SD right now and he told me he was going to asia, I would tell him the only thing I want is a separate suitcase filled with as much Sanrio shit as you could possibly fit into it. lol. I would probably also ask for an Alexander McQueen bag, a Moschino or Burberry coat, and Chanel jewelry... stuff I know I like, but stuff he easily can't fuck up. That way he feels like HE picked it out, yet it was something I already knew I liked. Win-win.

If you want stuff you can resell, well that becomes tricky. Designer items can only be resold (for good money at least) if they come with a receipt. If he normally always gives you receipts for items, then I would say ask for the newest, trendiest designer handbag (only because the trendiest ones would sell the best) from brand like Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, etc. It still might be tricky because he could lose the receipt or forget to give it to you, or think that its pointless since he asked you ahead of time for what you wanted.

If he doesn't routinely give receipts and you want to sell it, I would ask for something like an ipad or electronics. Though he might think thats weird since hes traveling and the whole point is to get you an exotic gift I think.

If it were me in this situation, I would probably pick stuff you personally want because of the risk that you may end up with something you hate and no way to return/sell it.
