This place sounds interesting...

Are they traveling dancer friendly? (probably not) Or scheduling Nazis like the rest of the East coast?

I'm going in today at 7 for an interview, I'll bring back some tea for you gals! Wish me luck!
Looks like the kind of club that takes a good chunk of $$ out of your vip and such but where you can still make good $$. Let us know how it goes!

Big Easy Cabaret
First walked in and was greeted by a jolly white man with a very dad vibe and I could tell he was new to all this shit.
Turns out he's the new owner. Just took over a week ago and I honestly don't know what the fuck made this man want to own a strip club, maybe cuz he wants to drink for free (sat at the bar getting fucked up most of the night, but hey YOLO lol) He only advertises in newspapers and to firefighters.... The girls seem to DESPISE him, They were talking shit about him when we walked in, as we passed through, AND while we were in his office many of them said that their money has decreased drastically since he took over. Most girls said that $100 was a good night. Fuck thaat!
THe bartender, also in charge of the girls let me audition with the disclaimer that they are fully scheduled but let me audition and work since I came from far away. Even having 10 girls working in this club at a time is PUSHING it. But she told me next week she'll see what she can do.
First floor: Full bar, top shelf, flavored shit and cool sounding mixed drinks bartender/dancer manager is really nice formerly a dancer but it seems as though that probably happened overnight too because a few other dancers received promotions to bartender as well. Stage is in the corner and turns into the bar with a "tip rail", I think its called, about 15 ft long. Maybe 10 chairs at the bar and 2 hi top tables near the "DJ" booth.
Second floor: Another bar against the back wall, not as well stocked but not empty and a tv behind the bar. Couches on either side lining the side walls and 2 small stages in the middle. Lap dances on couches are $30 club keeps $20 you keep ten.... yup smh. The upsell is a silver dance 15 min for $100 50/50 club split. Champagne rooms are $300, 50/50 also...all lap dances are no contact and fully clothed...
Third floor: dressing room, full bathroom and owner office. Lockers nice big mirrors and hella lockers. You can smoke in here.
The Girls: I've worked at a lot of clubs and one thing I can say that I like about this place is that this is a truly mixed club. About half and half b/w mix and the customers are the same. Which was refreshing. The few people that came in last night however, seemed to be there more for the drinks than the girls. About 7 people came in all night... of the 7 about 4 spent money. Unless bitches were lying hard, the club stayed empty most of the night and most girls reported to have gone home with between $4 and $15... I made $19, all on stage....right customer, right time smh. Otherwise most men that came in were affiliates of an employee, looking to become an employee, or worked for the club. Many girls reported to have made <$50/ night last weekend.
According to their website they have burlesque shows and jazz music, but according to the girls this stopped as soon as new owner took over. Overall I'd say this club is a no go...
I'm gonna try somewhere on the block I guess cuz this shit was just too dry.

I am sorry to hear that..It seems EVERYWHERE the clubs r dead...If u find anywhere decent in the dc/md area pls let me know...Ive heard hustler may be good..But who knows at this point...Regardless, thank u very much for the feedbackIt just sucks that it seems like 100-150/is avg in many of the va/dc/md clubs..

Good update!
I actually ended up dancing there last friday during the day shift and night shift (they had zero customers during the day shift) and saturday during the night shift.I made about 60 bucks on friday night and 37 on Saturday night. Definately not worth the hour+ drive. I agree with you about the new owner...seems totally wet behind the ears.
And did you notice the swing near the "dj booth?" I have no idea what the point of that thing was.
I decided not to go back because the stage was just too tiny for my long legs. I didn't make much money clearly, but i thought that might be because I haven't danced in a few years and i was way off my hustle. I think its more to do with the fact that most people who wander in think its a neighborhood bar and not a strip club. Also, the club was too tiny for me to feel comfy hustling in.
Apparently there was some drama where the old owner sold the place without telling the girls. They said they just came in that day and everything was different...All new bartenders, new girls, new boss, etc. They were not happy. Not one bit. The new owner seems totally disorganized and in over his head.
I honestly think this place is just a tad too small to attract the clientele/cashflow they are aiming at, even with stellar management

^Thanks for yet another update...37 and 60 is atrocious...I hope u find a more profitable club..Sounds like it wasnt u..just the club..

Yup I worked Saturday night too trying to give it a chance but I came out with about the same as gogo1
Uhhh, good to know about the Big Easy. Has anyone ever tried the Ritz?
I work at Hustler and it's really good money but way too high contact. Hrmm at least it pays. 100 a night being a good night? What the fuck.
I worked at Ritz a few years ago and made NO money. It was so bad, one of the other strippers left early to pan handle. On an average day, I made about $50 (that's before tipping out). On my best day, I made $150.
