I need to tone up I have some fat on my stomach I could do without! I just am not sure how to go about losing it. Also my arms I'd love them stronger. I'm clueless at how to work ou....help!!

Drink lots of water, eat CLEAN, and do toning exercises and cardio (in a nutshell). Remember that everyone's body stores fat differently, so even if you are doing all the right things, it can take time to see the results you want. Hang in there!
