We've been following HaydenBlue's advice on sex toy safety, right? https://www.stripperweb.com/forum/sh...and-Toy-Safety
With that in mind, Dangerous Lilly, a sex toy reviewer and general sex-positive geek, is starting a campaign to prove to toy manufacturers that their toys are not as safe as they think they are. Her belief is that the Chinese manufacturers are sending the companies initial runs of pure silicone toys, and subsequently cutting corners by adding elastomer and other substances to the silicone. The company thinks they are putting out a quality product, when in fact the toys are not as pure as they'd been led to believe.
Unfortunately, a few companies that she has pointed this out to have essentially ignored her or called her a liar. As a result, she's attempting to raise money to run actual chemical composition tests and force them to pay attention. It's not a massive amount, just $200 for the test, but we all know how tight money can be. I thought perhaps I could bring this to SW's attention, since we rely on the quality of our toys far more than the average person and can certainly stand to benefit from improved standards in the sex toy industry.
