i take biotin, licopene, fish oil, flax seed oil, and a pre natal ( do you think a prenatal is too strong for somebody who isn't pregnant? i just hear they give you the extra punch) daily. i was taking collagen til i learned it doesn't work in vitamins or in skin creams due to their unusual propertieswhat do you guys take daily, or weekly?

. Also, Vitamin D is great for shift workers like us that might not get enough direct sunlight. If you drink at work, something to aid your liver is a good idea i.e. Liver Detox Tablets or Milk Thistle etc
