    Default How can I get rid of a square shaped butt/wierd stomach after kids?

    I have lost weight and now my butt is kinda saggy and square like...i can see a few celli dimples on it and around my upper thighs and its freaking me out. help, please. i want my firm bubble butt back. i do NOT want it smaller but firm and round.

    also-i need help with my stomach. i have had two children so there are stretch marks but my main concern is the pouch on my lower stomach which feels like a bunch of pudginess i cant get rid of. keep in mind i have had two c sections.

    thanks for any advice or work out routine tips ladies.

    i still have a very slight skin sagging when i bend over. its just loose skin and im not sure if it will ever go away even thought its been 5 years since i was pregnant, and im skinny. it sucks! cover up the stretch marks with makeup and sally hansen airbrush self tanner. do butt blaster and that oughtta firm up the top real good!

    Running is amazing for your ass. So is a stairmaster. I love, love, love mine! Both are much more effective than your standard elliptical or walking treadmill workout. Also, incorporate working out into your daily routine. Dance when you have to do housework. Dance with your kiddos to their favorite songs. Do squats when no one is looking, isometric contractions when you are in the car, standing in line, etc. Most important of all, don't stay on the computer or in front of the TV for more than an hour or two a day combined (unless of course you are doing weighted squats, sit ups, marching in place, etc.) Lastly, don't be afraid of heavy weights, it is very, very difficult for women to bulk up.

    Oh, and I've had 3 c-sections, and 4 pregnancies and am in my late 30's. Unfortunately I haven't found a way to completely get rid of that tiny pooch above my scar, but it is so small it is nearly invisible and the tiniest wicked weasel thongs cover it up entirely. Oh, and MUDD's basic mask on any loose skin in the meantime will tighten it up considerably for a few hours. I used it right before work when I first returned to dancing and was still tightening up. Also, I believe Origins' A Perfect World White Tea Body Cream and I believe it was Retin A brand Retinol Body Cream used with massage twice daily helped considerably.

    I also have a tiny pouch, but I had made it smaller by doing flutter kicks. I'm also still breastfeeding and that also had kept that area small. I go for brisk walks with my son, and go to the gym to use elliptical and spinning bikes. That had helped too. Give them a try.

    For the butt? Good ol' squats never fail. What princessjas says about lifting weight is very true; we do not produce as much testosterone to bulk up like men do.
