Hi ladies. I tried to find the old computer thread but didn't have much luck. I just bought a computer and it will be here tomorrow but I have my doubts on it's camming usefulness. I bought the HP Envy Phoenix 1350 for $1200 and it has
Processor Intel® 3rd Generation Core™ i7 Processor Speed 3.4GHz (with Turbo Boost up to 3.9GHz) Cache Memory 8MB System Memory (RAM) 12GB System Memory (RAM) Expandable To 32GB Type of Memory (RAM) DDR3 SDRAM Hard Drive Type SATA (7200 rpm) Hard Drive Size 2TB Graphics AMD Radeon HD 7670 Video Memory 1GB (dedicated)
I was going to have one built from HP with 32gb ram in it but it wouldn't have been here till the end of the month and I am hella impatient. So I am worried that I cut myself short with the 12gb ram.... don't I need more for HD video editing and camming? This is a 3x upgrade to what I am currently using so I know it will be better but I wanted the best of best (for under 1500$ that is). So what do you think? Is this good or should I look for something else?
