Default How to watermark your videos using Manycam and Logitech

How in the WORLD do you ladies do this? I'd like to put a small watermark on all the videos that I sell because hey, they'll probably end up on some tube site somewhere.

I downloaded Manycam and I record my videos using a Logitech camera and software.

The problem is... I can't get it to work!? Logitech wont record when Manycam is in use, and Manycam doesn't record at all. I'm at my wits end.

HOW do you watermark your videos and your live streamming?

I watermark my recorded videos, via a video editing program (Windows Movie Maker, iMovie, ect) but if you want to watermark your live stream Manycam should work fine but I cant tell you how to record while streaming.

I am new around here, I am actually the husband / web guy for Missy (will be getting my own handle soon) but wanted to stop in and "try" to help out a bit.

Unfortunately I haven't used Logitech software before but thought I would let you know that my version of Manycam (Version 3.0.92) will record and you can add text over the video by going to effects then selecting text over video. I am not sure of the quality or what not that you will get using Manycam to record since I only do our live stuff with Many Cam and then use a couple different video editing programs for recorded video sales.

If you are using a version of Manycam that has some tabs at the top look for the Studio Pro tab...after you load a video or chose a camera source you can record it in the lower left box. Again I do not know about quality or if the audio will work right.

On that note it you plan on doing a lot of recorded videos to sale it may be worth the $$ to invest in a paid video editing program. The one that I have found was easiest to train people on over the years is from Pinnacle Systems and is called Studio (I am using version 11 but it's up to 16 now) I think it costs around $60 or $70 and remember that will be a tax write off
Besides the low cost on that product I like it because it is not so technical like the expensive (or free) better known editing software. Even I get stumped when trying to use the higher end stuff like Premiere and I used to manage a video editing department...lol The Studio lineup of editing software does pretty good if you just want the basics...titles, fades, cutting and splicing clips, overlaying text, images or audio and outputting to the different formats such as .mpg, .wmv etc.

    Good luck.
