Duh I want to exercise but....

I'm just way too lazy to get up early in the morning and do two hours of Pilates like I want to. I'm not extremely fat but I am 10 lbs overweight for somebody of my height. Anyways a lot of nights I'm up until 4am working and by the time I wake up in the morning I have no energy to exercise I would rather play a video game or watch TV or I have to get ready right away again for work again.. I am a serious procrastinator , but I would really like to know if there's any one who was like me but found a way to help them stop being a procrastinator ??? Or maybe any rituals that maybe made you less like I am lol... I want to do it but I get upset if I don't see immediate results ... I just really wanna have a right behind with nice flat tummy ... AND IM TIRED OF SADDLE BAGS!!!! Lol so anyways advice is appreciated thank you ahead of time ...

Is there any reason why it has to be mornings? Are you able to do them in the afternoon instead? Maybe you should sign up for a class, this way, you'd have an instructor to push you harder.

get a treadmill or elliptical for your home so you can watch tv or watch tv on your phone when you go to the gym.

Workout to an exercise DVD in your living room. It's more convenient than going to a gym. I'd exercise in the afternoons. This way you eliminate early mornings or late nights.

Go to Wal Mart and take a look around. That always helps me!

If you work, come home, fall asleep, wake up, and have to start getting ready for work again, you're the opposite of lazy. That's not even procrastinating, that's having your priorities in order and your priority is obviously money. My suggestion to you would be to make your stage sets more athletic. Breaking a sweat on stage is not the worst thing in the world and you might make more stage money for your effort. Idk how the lap dances at your club work but those could be a good chance to work out too. For me, lap dances are like a 3 minute long squat and I have thighs of steel to prove it.

There's no easy option. You just need to do get your ass up and do it. Remember, an hour of exercise is only 4% of the day.
Some mistakes are too much fun to only make once.

You do not need to spend 2 hrs exercising. I was in the best shape of my life going for 30 mins a day 3x a week before work. The trick is to learn to use weights. I'd do a different part of my body each day ending with like 10 min of abs and stretching. Now I do full body 1-2x a week for an hr at a time but I'm just lazy and burned out on my gym. Also, if you are getting in early can you get away with doing mini workouts in the dressing room while its slow? Such as push ups against a wall, bunches of squats and lunges, jumping jacks, etc

Focus on dieting for now. You might already have good muscle tone underneath the fat.

You could try green tea supplements (make sure to get really strong ones with 500mgs or higher per capsule IMO). I also find if you procrastinate with breakfast or eat very little, you may have more energy. A heavy meal tends to make you tired. Carbs/white sugar too. I would wait to eat solids til after you work out.
