Default shirataki - how to make your own guide

I look this forum before I posted this thread, but there's no guide on how to make this stuff. There's little bags that cost like $2.5-$4 bucks (you only get 1 cup of noodles), which can quickly add in size if you buy it everyday, or simply want to binge which I plan to do lol. These noodles have no calories or low calories and no carbs depending on how you cook it.

I heard one guy said he just ate this, and then he had loose skin all over because he lost too much weight. Caution there.

So I look up recipes on how to make, so basically you have to buy this

    Need to Buy
glucomannan powder *I bought this on ebay 1000 grams for $20*
    pickling lime powder
oven, or electric pan *you can buy the pan for $20-$40 on ebay*

    Ingredients
    1. 2 teaspoons of of glucomannan *6 grams*
    2. 1/8 teaspoons of pickling lime powder
    3. 2 Cups of water

    Procedure
Pour 2 cups of cold water into a pot. Stir in a 1/8 teaspoon of pickling lime. Then, add 2 teaspoon of Glucomannan powder stirring continuously to a boil. Boil the mixture for about 3 minutes. Remove from heat. A gel is formed once the mixture cools down. Cut gel into small pieces, dip in water or steam about 3-5 minutes and then cook in the way you like.

(recommend) Dry heat them, put it in the pan at medium-high heat for 5-10 mins, constantly stir.

you will get 2 cups per tablespoon= 4 cups of noodles with this recipe

    Flavor
The easiest flavor recipes I notice online was just add ranch dressing, or any dressing *just the easy way*
but you can cook it like however you want.... like any other type of pasta

I'm going to grow my own tomato garden, with onions on the side.... so I'm going to have spaghetti lol

    -----------------------------------------------------
Doing this way will last you 166 days worth (4 cups) of noodles in my estimation for the price of $25 dollars (add extra 20 if you don't have that pan)
