I'm browsing the net trying to find out if the Logitec BCC has a hole on the bottom of it so it it can go on a tripod and I found this nifty page i started caming with a 9000 (and still works perfectly fine) but my c920 has me spoiled now and i wish the 9000 had a tripod hole well now it can ... : P
Remove the 3 screws closing the middle section of camera stand. Note that one of them is hidden by a rubber cushion.
Remove the top cover then the two screws holding the bottom cover on the hinge. Remove the middle screw holding metal weight.
All elements separated.
Drill a 5mm hole in the metal weight near middle hole, then thread it with a 6.35mm/0.5mm tap. The metal of the weight is very soft, so these operations are easy.
Using the hole in the metal weight as pattern, check the centers of holes on top and bottom plastic cover. Drill them with a 6.5mm hole.
Reassemble all elements...
...here is the result!
