Do a search, but all I have to say is...
Its not that there's ~*never*~ any money. Its that its extremely hard to make money and work in a nice, classy, non-depressing environment. Basically the only strip clubs in the entire Bay Area are located in SF, so there is a ton of competition. I would even go as far as saying much more than Vegas. Additionally, most business men do NOT actually live in SF, but just work there and drive or take the train to commute from the North Bay or East Bay. Majority of the wealthy businessmen are in the San Jose area anyway, which is about an hour drive away. No one wants to drive from there to SF just for a strip club. That's why spendy customers are hard to come by.
All clubs in SF also require a 3 day a week schedule (where you work Sunday or Monday being one of the days) in advance, you're fined or fired when you miss a day, and you're forced to work 8 hour long shifts.
Topless clubs (classy clubs) require a loooooong sit-down hustle in order to make money. You have to talk to the guy for awhile and pray he will spend at the end, so it burns you out FAST. You are putting in so much time, energy, and effort in order to sell a dance or a room. In addition, topless clubs are the only clubs that serve alcohol, and they are much classier establishments, so you get a lot of men who just go there for drinks and never buy dances. Hiring standards are also ridiculous, worse than Vegas. The nicer the SF club is, the higher the hiring standard will be. They also prefer girls to be really thin or have a really low BMI. Topless clubs look down on bigger butts. And topless clubs. you ONLY take your top off on stage (never in dances or VIPs!), so they are hard as fuck to sell. And again, there are a ton of girls working in them because no one really wants to work in the depressing nude clubs. Its hard to make money, and 99% of your money will probably be made on the weekend nights. It burns you out fast.
Nude clubs (extras clubs) you can sell dances at pretty easily. But you will encounter very handsy, perverted guys who have purposely chose to go to a nude club because they want to stare at pussy. They obviously don't go to drink (no alcohol in nude clubs) and not to be in a classy establishment (the nude clubs are seedy and depressing honestly). These clubs have a "ghetto" vibe to them, and often attract that crowd. But you can make good money in them. A lot of young guys buy dances and you get tipped well on stage- especially if you're flirty or give spenders extra attention of course. But I didn't work in nude clubs for long because I was tired of having to do ninja moves to prevent guys from touching where they shouldn't. But you can make like 5x the money in a night in a nude club versus just a topless club. It burns you out fast.
This is the real reason why no one likes working in SF. Its hard to make money, or you have to do wayyyyyy too much to make it. You may want to look into travel dancing unless you're forced to live there for school (that was my issue). Its really not the city to live in if you want to make money as a dancer. Only work there if you're stuck there for some reason, or if you just love the city. There are only 2 clubs I think are decently worth it in SF if you're forced to be there, one is topless and one is nude. You can PM me for them if you'd like.

Look in Club Chat section under SF clubs, BringontheMen has an excellent thread

Try The Kit Kat Club in Sunnyvale, way cleaner & no contact nude club. I worked there years ago but would like to return myself.

I'm assuming the fully nude club you (GlamourRouge) were referring to was Centerfolds? I understand that's not actually really the place to be right now, especially for new girls. It's ridiculously over-saturated with ladies right now, and unless you have your hustle locked down, it's going to be hard to compete.

sf was good for me. I traveled there a lot when I was younger because the nice topless clubs let me work underage. the last time I went up was 6 months ago and it wasnt that good. I mainly traveled to gold club and last year they basically doubled the amount of girls working each shift which made it not worth traveling to. but there is still some money-I made $2000 in 4 days so I think someone who lives and works there full time will do well but its not worth traveling to.
I agree that its really competitive, and in some ways its harder than vegas. the standards at gold club nightshift are def higher than sr and sapphire in lv. the only difference is that there are less sharks on average, but unfortunately there are many dumb girls who will unintentionally fuck up your money by sitting with a customer for free drinks for 3 hrs till he gets tired and leaves with a full wallet, preventing you from getting to talk to him. in vegas girls are smarter than that and will just drain someones wallet before u even knew they were there lol. so if you are smart and super hot in sf u will do fine.
this is the best time of year in sf by the way. go get hired now and start working asap so you can make some decent money before it gets worse.

Yes, a lot of the clubs got new management that wanted to make SF very vegas-style and doubled or tripled the # of girls. This was in 2011 - 2012 that this started happening. Doing that is fine for the clubs, but it really hurts the girls. They know that the girls will continue to work there even if they make no money or very little, because there are really no other clubs for at least like 100 miles. Basically all of the clubs in entire Northern California are in SF or Sac (I mean there are a couple tiny ones in San Jose and 1 in Stockton but thats about it), and the Sac girls go to Reno because its so bad. So SF is so fucked. That's why I recommend traveling. Otherwise you will just be putting in so much effort for so little money, and it often won't even pay off because during the week its totally dead.

Hi We are currently hiring for private party strippers in the bay area. If at all interested please visit
Thanks Jaz

My club is easy to work at, there's good money once you figure the hustle out and feel comfortable being aggressive about tips, and can be a good place for beginners as long as you make damn sure you STAY OUT of the dressing room at all times. The girls are really hard on the newbies, esp new girls who are very young/naïve about dancing. PM me if you want more info.
On a side note - you don't like Cheetah's? I hear nothing but good things about them!Sometimes it helps girls appreciate things about their clubs if they go to a different club that turns out to be shitty or not what was expected...Shop around a bit.
