Default Philtrum Reduction? Anyone heard of this or had it done themselves?

Has anyone had a philtrum reduction, know someone who has or generally has any opinions about it? If so I'd love to hear your experiences about it.

If you havn't heard of it its a procedure where they make an incision just under your nose and cut out a section and sew it up so it reduces the size of the skin between the nose and upper lip. I'm interested in it because all the women I think are really beautiful have big pouty lips very close to the nose, like Pamela Anderson. I think it gives a really youthful look.

Because its not a very common procedure I can't find surgeons who specialise in it. Should I just ask the plastic surgeon about it when I have a consultation for Rhinoplasty?

I've heard of it mentioned on some plastic surgery forums before. I found some reviews here of the procedure here
