just a quick FYI- I have a person close to me that works in corporate, and when i started, he told me to just copy/paste the support email address into my own email (the one you used to sign up with) and they tend to reply to those a lot faster. So, i.e. If you sign in with a hotmail account, compose the email using your hotmail account, not your SM account. But make sure to include your SM info like Stage name and so on.
When I do it that way, I get a reply in 24 hours. When I used that B.S. "Contact Us" form, yah, it would take a good week or so.
