    Default SM support.. run by monkeys?

    Seriously, I absolutely had it with SM support and their rude answers, IF they even bother to reply.

    friday 19th of April I was supposed to get paid through payoneer but never got anything.
    So emailed SM support and asked them why I haven't my money as usual.

    After 9 days I finally got a reply.. that's how serious they take you when you're waiting for the money you worked for..
    The reply was "Are you connection to the internet?"

    My message was in the category payments and explained the situation..

    I explained again and they said contact payoneer about this.
    I did. Payoneer said Streamate never paid me. Hence I never got the load your card email.

    Emailed Streamate again, their reply
    "Contact payoneer about this"

    Explained myself again..
    Their reply "you were paid on the 20th of April"
    Ehm, no I certainly was not.

    Explained myself again
    Their reply: "No, we will not re-open your account"

    What? I don't even? My account is online and never banned or closed

    Explained myself again.

    After sending 39(!!!!) emails, they finally understood the situation and fixed it.



    I am so done with SM support, their intelligence and their rude attitude.

    Well to be fair, it is Payoneer's issue to take care of - and they say so on the payment page FAQ.

    But yes, general support and phone support is really fucking rude - don't even get me started on the assholes who run the phones, good god.

    Vanessa and Liz are the only redeeming thing about SM support. <3 them.

    It's only Payoneer's issue with they were given the payment. If Streamate didn't send Payoneer the funds then it isn't their problem.

    Yes, SM support sucks BIG TIME. I just couldn't believe it when, after asking to have my live preview changed to my bio pic, I had my account CLOSED. That's how much they pay attention to what they're reading. IF they're reading.

    I'm glad your issue is resolved.

    Speaking of...how long does it take them to pay you through payoneer. I haven't gotten my email yet either and Saturday was the cutoff.

    I get e-mail from Payoneer every following Thursday and Direct deposit next early Tuesday morning ... didnt have issue yet *knocking on wood*

    Yeah but for them to get away from their responsibility they have to submit the money to Payoneer first.
    But they didn't which explains why I never got my email from Payoneer to load my card.

    It just sucks that they don't bother to read the email you send to the support and you have to wait long for your money while they keep giving you a terrible attitude or complete irrelevant emails.

    I am soooo not trying to argue or fight with anyone,Im just genuinely confused about this and would like to know if maybe I'm misunderstanding or looking over something in this statement - I just want to know for future reference in case other ladies have similar issues here or God forbid,I myself have one like it.

    I was under the impression that Payoneer told the OP that they never received any submitted funds from SM ?

    Above it says SM is not responsible for funds AFTER theyve been submitted to Payoneer.The last sentence also says all questions about payment and card usage should be directed to Payoneer after the payment is submitted to Payoneer and the immediate email notification is issued.

    If Payoneer never received anything from SM,would'nt this be on SM then? Isnt that what SM is saying above - since they state they arent responsible for funds once they have been submitted to Payoneer? If funds are never submitted to Payoneer by SM,it would be on SM,not Payoneer,right?

    Again I just want some clarification guys,bc I'm confused,I just wanna make sure that I'm not missing something here or having something go right over my head,its been known to happen from time to time!

    just a quick FYI- I have a person close to me that works in corporate, and when i started, he told me to just copy/paste the support email address into my own email (the one you used to sign up with) and they tend to reply to those a lot faster. So, i.e. If you sign in with a hotmail account, compose the email using your hotmail account, not your SM account. But make sure to include your SM info like Stage name and so on.
    When I do it that way, I get a reply in 24 hours. When I used that B.S. "Contact Us" form, yah, it would take a good week or so.

    The funds are always in my account on Friday's. The time can very but almost always by noon MT.

    thanks for this tread lol the title made me laught like 10 mins

    support was always ok with me , they send back an email like 2 days or 3 ,and i never
    get the "wrong" answer...
    BUT i would tell i think the guys who answer by emails don't speak english very well
    AND they just do what their boss ask for , like robots , they don't think really much

    And about payoneer , from fews weeks they don't send internationals wire transfer anymore
    now europeans girls must being paid by payoneer ...who don't do wiretransfer on bank account at all
    To receiving my money i have to have a payoneer account + a webmoney account (few fees taken) then
    i can get my money on my bank account .
    I feel not confident between payoneer and webmoney , even if they apparently have good feedback
    Im scared one day i loose few thousand dollars because a probleme with payoneer or webmoney :/

    I've actually only had luck by contacting them through the dashboard. My emails are completely ignored otherwise. Streamate support is really awful.

    It is by far the worst support of any cam site or adult site I've ever dealt with. They have phone support? I've never seen a number but it doesn't sound promising. I can't believe someone had their account closed when trying to get a photo changed! Unbelievable! Taking 65% of our funds they really should have some people with even a moderate degree of competence on general support. I hear Liz is good but there should be someone who answers everything in a timely and professional fashion without having to bother her all the time.

    Phone support is for customers *only* if a model tries to call then they get very rude. I've noticed more then half the time that SM support doesn't even read my email, it's like they pick some sort of canned response out of thin air. Thankfully I don't have to deal with them anymore now that I'm in the Boleyn studio. <3

    My account got locked for like 10 minutes when I had an angry dude tried to get me in trouble because I told him I wasn't giving him his five dollars because I CAN'T


    I emailed support asking um what's happening to my account? I got kicked off my stream when I had such and such complaining to you guys about this... If I'm suspended please tell me what rules I broke.

    My account went back to normal 10 minutes later. And I got an email 6 days later saying "oh sorry we had a backlog of messages. Seems like you can login now. Nevermind."




    Last week my husband had an issue with the custie account and it took them 2 minutes to fix.

    I've been trying to get a check reissued for the past month and a half. I have requested it be reissued four goddamn times now and the only response I've gotten so far is, "Is your mailing address current?". Yes, it's current. I've gotten all my other checks just fine. I don't know if I will ever see that money I worked for. Almost every interaction I've had with SM support has been negative, this has just been the worst one.

    When you log into your account on the payment page. there is a option to click reissue payment. I've never had to use it and I hope I don't but you might want to try using it.

    I used it twice for this particular reissue and when that didn't work, I used support on the dashboard. >_>

    At least when I emailed support today (for what feels like the millionth time), I got a message that they were forwarding it to a different department. Hopefully the department they are forwarding that message to will actually do something about it.

    They changed something up again in the last week. I'm measuring it by the time it takes to get approvals for feature requests and account approvals for new signups. Starting about 3 weeks ago they began giving detailed explanations on account rejections (including exact date the waiting period expires), but approvals and requests were taking as much as a full week.

    Starting about a week ago, approvals and account tweaks suddenly started taking about 5-20 minutes from the time an application was completed. So, if you want to switch to daily pay at bolyenmodels.com with a fresh account, closing and re-opening takes less than a day now. I don't know how long this will last, but I'm loving the new level of customer service.

    They even had an error where they rejected an account re-opened from a non-studio closure. I emailed them and it was literally corrected within 30 seconds and the account was approved.
