Default club attire says "no cloggy boots"...ummm what are cloggy boots?

I've never really heard of the term before. Even clog boots. I know of clog shoes, used for the dance. I own some awesome hot knee high doc marten boots, they aren't high heel, just standard flat boots. Are those "cloggy/clog boots"? I know I could just call and ask but I don't want to bother the manager with a silly question. I guess I could always just bring them with me when I start and ask then. For now, I'd like to ask on here thanks!!

are cloggy boots ones with the wooden soles? The doc marten I have are rubber. I would assume doc marten would be more "chunky" boots rather than cloggy

You know how Pleaser sells shoes that have those awful, 90s-esque clunky heels? I can only imagine they're referring to chunky/punky/gothy heels like that. Do you have a pair of foolproof clear heels you could wear or do you need to wear boots?

To me it sounds like they are referring to the ones with the big chunky heels, and they prefer a more slender heel. I could be wrong though?

When I think cloggy, I think Jeffree Campbell.

I've never seen a stripper dance in flat-soled shoes ever in my life.

^I would almost guarantee that these would not be acceptable. Just use any high heel shoes you have (stilettoes, not wedges or boots) until you can afford to buy actual stripper shoes. If you can already afford it, go online and order some, as you can pick them up quite cheaply from ebay, discount stripper etc...

Bear in mind that real stripper shoes are way easier to dance in than either flats or regular earls. The lack of flexibility in the arch, combined with the curve of the shoe in the front, makes many of your standard stable moves much easier to do.

I've always been very partial to Pleaser. (Not to be a shill, but they've always been the cost comfortable/lasted the longest/fit my foot shape the best. Although I wore my 8' Jantes for 4 years until they fell apart - not replaceable out here...)

Snaz 75 used to have a promo code for us for 20% off. "Stripperweb" back in the day - you'd have to check with their marketer who posts on here. Free shipping > $75 also.

Doc Martens might look hot outside the club, but trust me, they won't look good in a strip club. plus your feet would sweat and stink a loooot.

don't try to be too 'original', just go with standard stripper shoes. they will make your legs longer, give you a great posture and they are much, much easier to walk in that you would think.

    Hahahaha! NO.

No, you cannot wear Doc Martens. Maybe in the future, when you're better acquainted with the club, you can discuss it with management. For now, you'll wear stripper heels/boots and you will like it. You'll dance better, your feet won't get all sweaty, and you'll look a lot slimmer/taller/sexier in stripper shoes. Deal with it.

To answer your question, it is my guess is that the club doesn't want girls in:
    1. chunky heels: https://www.google.com/search?q=clog...w=1280&bih=620
    2. possibly wedge shoes: https://www.google.com/search?q=clog...w=1280&bih=620
    3. probably this: https://www.google.com/search?q=clog...w=1280&bih=620
    4. anything resembling this: https://www.google.com/search?q=croc...w=1280&bih=620
    5. and definitely not these: https://www.google.com/search?q=uggs...w=1280&bih=620
