Any word on how this performs in conjunction with Streamate? Any experiences with going from general wire transfer to this? I want to change over from bank transfer to this kind of bank transfer on SM but I'm scared! Does it take longer?

Hi Guys,
Just to answer a few questions:
- Our Global Bank Transfer Service is a payment method in place of the Payoneer card. So when you sign up for your payment method on the partner site (SM for example) you can choose to either get paid to a Payoneer card or to your bank account
- If you already set up your account to receive payments to the Payoneer card, you can contact us to switch your payment method to bank transfers (and vice versa).
- If you already have a Payoneer account set up to receive bank transfers, and you are applying via another site (For example you are getting paid from SM already and now setting up your MFC payment method) you can use the "Already have an account" option and link to your existing account. You do not need to re-enter the banking details.
- The service provides local transfer options in over 60 countries. This means that we'll actually send you the payment from a local bank in your country, in your local currency. For the remaining 140+ countries we provide wire transfers.
- The cost starts at only $2.99 per payment and depends on your country. During the sign up process you will see a full list of pricing and fees relevant to your country/currency
Local transfers are much quicker than international wire, taking only 1-3 business days to process. If you are in one of the 60 countries that we provide local transfers to, this is a much quicker and lower cost solution. For the remaining countries we still provide a high quality wire transfer solution that arrives within 1-5 business days (depending on your local banking network).
Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

I'm using it on SM. Whereas with the card you get your money on the Friday, now I get the notification of funds being transferred on the Friday, and I have the money in my bank on Tuesday morning (first thing). So yeah, it takes longer but I don't need to go and withdraw money, and then put it in my bank so it's a lot less hassle for me. And the fees are simpler than using the card.

Thank you both! <3
I just made the skip on SM from international bank wires to Payoneer!

How long did it take for them to review your details?
It's been 3 days since I received the last email from them saying that I will be notified when the details are reviewed... Starting to wonder is it like a weeks long process like registering on SM.
Also after the details are reviewed do they ask to print/sign/scan any forms (my printer is broken, I have scanner though) that would again need to be reviewed?
(What made me finally sign up for GBT was that I finally lost my card, lol - ordered a new one asked to send it expedited but they accidentally sent it by regular mail (although secretly I'm a little happy about this because I was really butthurt I'd have to pay $60 for an envelope to be delivered just a week earlier.) And changed to GBT for DP. Would be SWEET if I could get this GBT thing running before I completely run out of cash.)

^ Mine took a couple days, I recall. But I am sure if you fire them an email they can speed it up for you.
They don't ask you for ANY additional information or requirements or anything else to review alongside changing to Payoneer Global Transfer! All you need is for them to approve the change then you're all set.

Thanks
Looks promising - hopefully won't take weeks to get approved, lol.
Sent them a quick email, their response:
Also msg'd Nissim on here Friday but I guess he's not on here weekends so no reply from him.Due to an increased volume of new Payoneer applications, processing times may be longer than usual. We are doing our best to review all pending applications as soon as possible and in the order that they are received, and appreciate your patience.
Oh well I guess worst case scenario - I could take out a mini loan if it's not approved by next Tuesday or so...
Generally GBT applications take a few days to review. We review the details provided to make sure there are no typos, so that the payment arrives to your bank without any issues.
Will check your PM and get back to you.

I would like to have my payoneer card for global transfer when I log into my payoneer account I do not see the option of adding it to my account. I get checks from Streamate and Cams currently. Cams checks take about 2 weeks to arrive me after they are mailed out which is a huge horrible waiting game and anxiety. Streamate checks take 1 weeks to arrive not bad at all but also sometimes they aren't that big. if I have the incentive of a faster payment method that is cost effective such as their payoneer global transfer it might put some ease on my stress levels.

Ok, I read through this thread, and checked the FAQs at the Payoneer site, but I am still unclear on one aspect of things. I see that the default minimum threshold before a transfer is $50 , but has anyone found out if you can set a higher threshold before transfer? Like can it be set to not transfer until it hits $600 or something like that?
The way it works is that all payments will still be received to your Payoneer account, however if you have direct bank transfers set up (instead of the Payoneer card) we will only transfer funds to your bank account once you have at least $50 pending to be paid. We do this to ensure that the service remains cost effective (as there is generally a $2.99 charge per transfer to your bank account, and no charge for each payment that arrives).
Currently there is no option to increase this limit, however this is certainly something we are working to implement in the future.

This is concerning private loads for those that use a GBT account but may still have a "dormant" card account.
Are there new developments regarding "merging" a card account and a GBT account? (I have two right now, only using the latter.)
On PY CS forum I found this:
(http://community.payoneer.com/index....is-restricted/)Only when a cardholder is active in one of these methods or both, can he have an option for card to card transfers (between Payoneer cardholders) and private loads (loading money to a Payoneer card with a regular credit card). These are additional services and are only open to active customers.
Which means that since my card doesn't have partners linked to it I'm not gonna be able to receive private loads which is what I'm trying to sort right now.
So if we DO have partners linked to our card, are we able to accept private loads? That would be so helpful right now.

I think not only that but you also need to have had at least one load from them for the card to be considered "activated."
I'm still having this problem that I posted about above, my card technically has some partners linked but none that I'd gotten any money from. All of my actual sources of business are linked to my GBT account and I'm losing money as we speak, lol, I'm directing guys to tip me via C4S tributes option but that means a 25% cut whereas with a direct load I would get 100% (unless the guy decides to leave me paying the small fee direct loads have.)

So, it just dawned on me why Nissim won't be replying to any direct load questions. I had completely forgotten that it was against the rules to use it as a *payment* for any "services rendered."
So, yeah, I guess, that's a "heads up."
In my defense I have to say that I have used it and potentially plan on using it as a "tip" service, i.e., the guy already paid for the service through the usual channels.

I hope Nissim is alright, but he hasn't been on the forum here since the end of September. I have a question maybe someone already knows the answer too. I am in the process of switching to GBT and I don't understand what will happen to funds from partners already linked to my current debit card. I spoke to 2 CSR's about this. The first CSR said only some of the linked partners would work with GBT. The second CSR said everything should just go through GBT once that's setup, and that my card will then become useless. Which one of the CSR's is right? There are some sites I want to keep working on that did not show up on the first CSR's list of GBT partners. If I work those sites and they don't participate in GBT, what happens to my funds since my linked card will no longer be active? I would of course prefer to get all payments as GBT, but for now if anyone knows the answer to the question above, I would appreciate some help!
