get a coke, water, or juice. one club i danced at didn't let girls drink at all, no matter what age. better not to drink at all underage even if they are lenient on the subject
IME, underage dancers pretty much always drank at the clubs I've worked at, and as long as they weren't sloppy or driving anywhere, the clubs would look the other way. Obviously I'm not encouraging this, I'm just telling you what I've always seen. If you do plan on dancing dry though, just pre-arrange with the waitstaff that you want to be served something non-alcoholic when a customer orders.

Get your own drink from the bar and slowly sip it so guys don't need to buy you another. Pick something with a fruit in it and some soda water so it looks like a mix drink. If you get a real drink some how, such as in VIP, fake drink small sips and slowly dump it on the ground.
^I agree with Alice, just pre-arrange with the bar what your non-alcoholic drink will be, and whenever a customer buys you a drink, order your usual. That way you help the club sell drinks without getting drunk- and letting men buy you drinks is a good way to subconsciously prepare them for buying dances from you (one favor leads to more).
I've worked at clubs that were pretty strict; one of them kept polaroids on the wall of all the underage girls, and they would fire them if they caught them drinking. You should check with your club's management to see what their rules are.

Ginger ale in a champangne glass works for me(Im older than 21 but choose not to drink at work). Just ask the bartender to switch out glasses when the guy is not looking, or already have a drink when you get to the table.

I started dancing at 20. Here in Detroit the manager let all the dancers drink regardless of whether or not they're over 21. When I danced in a city a couple hours away, I was 21 by that time but my friend was 20 and they did not let her drink. I guess it depends on the area. Detroit is very loose with rules.
