I left the last club I was at nearly two years ago (switched to camming and have been all over cc since then!)...and this week I'm going back. I'm still camming, but I really want to get my debts paid off and get some traveling planned, and I find it really hard to stay on cam for hours and hours - whereas I can easily cam for 4-5 hours during the day, then hit the club for another 4-5 hours at night.
Thing is, I'm surprisingly nervous about it. I went in last night just to see the manager, make sure he was good with me returning, and he was really happy to see me. In fact, everyone that is still there (some bartenders, bouncers, dj) was so excited to see me, gave me big hugs, couldn't wait for me to be back....but I'm still super nervous. It's just been so long - I feel like I have forgotten what I even used to say! Not to mention just a little feeling that others have big expectations of me....
Anyone else make a return after a long absence? Were you freaked out? Did you find it easy to get back into it, or did you take a while to warm back up? Any advice?
I'm thinking I'll just spend a couple hours re-reading hustle hut tomorrow, and remembering my good nights to get in the right headspace...
