    Default ba and pole

How long after your breast augmentation were you able to o back to climbing, and pole tricks? My dr told me it would be between 6-8 weeks, but I wanted to hear from others.

Really letting your boobs heal is something you don't want to rush.

6-8 weeks sounds about right, however i'd add another 2-3 weeks to that if it were me. Start by going lightly.

Use the healing period to work on some light floor work, maybe find some belly dancing how-tos, and the time you'd spend practicing reading up on sales tips.

But, let yyour new designer boobs heal properly!

    Now that's thinking green!

I worked with a girl who had them done 2 weeks before going back to work and using the pole.
Poor girl had the stitching get damaged from some pole work she did.

Another dancer I worked with had recently had her BA for the seine time, so she knew what she was doing lol
She went back to dancing after a month of recovery, and was just really light on the pole. When we went to work out together she told me that the healing and recovery is nuts- she was only allowed to lift light weights at the gym and walk for 1h incline on the treadmill gym instead of running or aerobic cardio and lifting heavy weights.

Take it easy and try not to rush getting back to your normal routines. Trust me

Wait longer. I didn't support my body weight on the pole for 3 mos. I didn't crawl on stage for like 2. Not worth ruining the placement or causing internal bleeding. You'll make plenty of money without the tricks.
