Not at all. every 200 cc's equals a cup size. and if you're shorter and built small theyll fit you perfectly
i am 5'7" and I have 950 ccs ..first time i had 500 ccs...but they didnt fit my frame...so as long as you get something that fits ur frame, youll look killer!

nope, im exactly like you! when i get a BA i still want petite breasts i don't want to look like i have big ridiculous balloon on my chest like an action figure ( no offence to the ladies who have big implants, it just wouldn't look right on me!).
I have implants, and while to some they are considered big, they don't look out of place on my frame. I got 550ccs, and am now measuring a 30G (same cup volume as 34dddd) but people guess they are a 'd'. It helps that I have big hips and probably 15lbs more fat than I should :p
The majority of women get 'smaller' implants! I think I remember reading that the average size is in the 3-400cc range. Some people even get less than 200ccs. It's a personal choice, and you should get what you want! That being said, most ladies regret not going a bit bigger, so I would pick a range you are comfortable with and go at the upper end of it (so if you were considering 2-300ccs, get 300).
I would also not think of it in terms of cup size, for a C cup doesn't actually mean anything. Cup size scales with band, so a 30C is not the same at all as a 34C. I'd find pictures of what you like, and try on sizers at the office.
For reference, here are two pictures. One shows the relation of cup size to band size, and the other shows what actual D and G cups look like. It's helpful to make larger letters less scary, because chances are if you want to look like a C, you will actually measure larger than that.

I had seen dancers with smaller implants looking incredible.

I don't think that's too small... I'm a small 32B now and when I get mine I want to go up to a 32D. I think that will look just fine on me, I'm tiny!

Whirlerz - I guess my only concern would be that you're very thin, so you run the risk of looking like you have waterballoons stapled onto your chest. I've seen very thin girls (both superthin-athletic and superthin-unhealthy) get BAs, and they tend to look very, very fake (and, IMO, not super flattering). But if that's a look you're into, then go for it!
I know very little about BAs, so perhaps this totally depends on how the procedure is done. Just thought I'd speak up!
Go with silicone if you can, theyre more natural looking. and if you can do go a tear drop implant and under the muscle you should be fineThe tear drop creates that natural slope, not round like you see pornstars have. High profile implants are not as wide as mentor implants. so theyre better used for smaller framed girls.
so if you keep the cc amount small since you're built tiny then you should be good![]()
I swear, some of you ladies could be surgeons with the amount of knowledge you have about BAs!![]()

ginger, i heard tear drops can settle strange and even flip around is that true? because i've always wanted tear-drop implants when i get them, but they say round ones settle the same and don't flip so they are better? i LOVE the way the tear-drop look!!!

Thanks, Whirlerz!
The teardrop sounds cool, especially for us smaller women but I've researched it a bit and it sounds like it has a higher risk of complications.
How 'bout the regular round silicone implants but under the muscle? That should look pretty realistic, right? My mom was about my size before she got her boob job and she got hers under the muscle and they look very real. So real that I thought they were real until I was about 17 and she broke the news to me that they were fake, shattering my dreams of eventually growing my own big ones.

The risk is very low for rotation..to lower the you put it under the breast tissue, not under the muscle, but the risk is still low so it is not certain that rotation will occur, The round implant will breat too much fullness on top which will create "hey i just got an operation", but if you go with silicone rounds then gravity takes places and the silicone goes towards the bottom of the implant also creating a natural look.
For the tear drop implant if thats what you want..to not risk the fake look, all you need to do i t get a textured shell implant.
I would go for a smooth round implant...silicone. It will cost you more but in the long run your risk of rippling is lower with a smooth round silicone. So it goes either way...complications could happen with any type of implant or cosmetic sugery...Go to a surgeon you trust and all should be good.

Yep. I've got deflated small Ds (weight loss and saggy boob genes) that are now large saggy Bs, and in an ideal world I'd have natural, perky small A-Bs. I wish I was smaller than I am. I love the whole fashion model, don't need a bra look! But I'm a curvy 5"7' with hips and a bum, so I want to balance out the bottom half. When I get surgery, I'll probably just get enough CCs to fill out my boobs to a small D. And a possible breast lift. Not sure if I'll need one or if the BA will lift them enough on it's own.

@melb_oz_noob my situation was close to yours - my surgeon suggested that I get the implants to fill up the droop ( i was a large C small D naturally ) and then in 10 years or more when my implants may need to be replaced get a lift - i have had my implants for about 15 years now with no issues - the last 2 years though i have gained a lot of weigh and they are now sagging - so I am ready to get a lift if I ever get the extra money

i am 5'3, 130 lbs and I got 350 for my first surgery (34a to 34c) and 450 for my second surgery (34c to 34dd). so idk how true the 200 ccs for every cup size is... and most people guess me at a 34c NOW even though a 34c bra usually won't even be enough to over my nipples. :-P

^ i love your boobs! i want mine to look like them! they fit your body perfectly though they look awesome lol.

My co-worker was totally flat, and got silicone under the muscle and is probably a small B now. It's what she wanted, and it looks very good and very natural on her. And I should mention that she doesn't have the issue of the "I don't like implants" customers, because their size suggests that no surgery was performed. If you make a consultation with a surgeon, they'll probably have you try on different CC sizes under your clothes, so you can get an idea of too big/ too small for your body. It's fine to stay small-ish! Girls get BA's for different reasons.
Whirlerz they make implants as small as 90cc(less than 3 bar-shots) I think it's more common than what you might think looking at the adult industry, for women to get conservative implants. A lot of docs don't like going big and fake.
Something between 200 and 300 should get you to where you want.
Keep in mind that the look of a 34c and the fit of a 34c bra are different with implants, often designer boobs that look like 34c will fit a 34d bra
