I thought we could have a nice Friday discussion about these bastids.
Let's say you owned a cam site where you, as a company, couldn't yet afford to eat the cost of chargebacks. Aside from the obvious stolen card incidents, what would be your policy on guys asking for their money back, and how would you go about getting it back from the model?
For me, it would work something like this:
-If a guy has spent over $500 without complaining, and is on the block list of less than 10 models, I would hear him out.
-If he had said to the model "I'm not enjoying this" or something, and ended the show abruptly, I would credit has account. he would not get physical cash back, but he would get tokens or credits of some sort.
if it appeared that he enjoyed the show, never communicated to the model that he wasn't happy, or just never really communicated to her, period, he would not receieve anything and I would consider a ban.
-if a guy has spent very little money and is on the block list of over 10 models, I would ban him.
As far as getting the money back from the model, I would do it as conviniently foir them as possible - something like $5 from their weekly payout until the loss was met. However, if a model was consistantly conning her customers and always receieving complaints, I may go under cover and see for myself what was happening. If I caught her ripping people off, i would remove her from the website.
What would you do?
