    Default Fever Blister Attack

I'm mad! I was going to audition for a new club this weekend due to all the stress from my 9-5 and other personal shit, I got a cold sore now! I used to get them when I was younger and it would happen when I under went a huge amount of stress. Do you ladies know any home remedies to help the healing process speed up?

Yes, purchase the supplement L-Lysine at the store for under $10, they sell it at most pharmacies and the supermarket, take 2-3x the recommended dose for a few days until it goes away, then once it's gone take it regularly to prevent outbreaks.

Campho-Phenique, you can get it @ Walgreens or any drug store. I carefully dab rubbing alcohol on it too.

Here, it says lysine reduces life span of cold sore up to 50%. http://www.quantumhealth.com/product.../coldsore.html

Here, one of the remedies to get rid over cold sore overnight is with hazel. http://www.quantumhealth.com/product.../coldsore.html

I can't remember the last time I had a cold sore after using these simple and inexpensive treatments. There's really no need to get all fancy.
