    Search Cam modeling while pregnant and wanting to get in shape!

    I am pregnant and a cam model and now want to get in shape. My body shape is average now I don't have to do any excercise to keep my body in shape. I know I can't do so much rigorous exercises. But, I want to get back in doing some Yoga exercises and perhaps some fast walking or jogging 30 minutes every other day. I just want to keep a healthy weight while being pregnant , so I won't get fat and explode like some women. Furthermore, I am thinking of maybe getting into a bit of light body building,boxing after the birth of my bouncing joy. I don't want to look like a muscle head just more like a muscular Amazon Goddess like. I am now 5'5 125 lbs now with a baby pouch. I hope maybe if I put some ads out I can possibly find other athletic preggos to work out with a few days a week. I feel overwhelm I don't want to get all sloppy and loose. What exercises would you recommend for a healthy pregnant woman? I thank all who took the time to read my blog post and gave me some honest suggestions. xoxo

    swimming is great while pregnant! walking. don't over do it, just go slow and steady with cardio

    I can swim maybe I should try a few laps at the gym. Thanks for the suggestion!

    The rule of thumb is that you can do anything you did before (safely), and you can increase slowly and carefully. I am an active person (I run) and during my pregnancy I picked up biking and swimming as well and ended up doing a sprint distance triathlon 4 1/2 months along. Out of all 3 cardio activities, I definitely enjoyed swimming the most. Finding a good prenatal yoga routine to do as well also feels great and focuses on movements involved in labor. I used Shiva Rea's yoga DVD. Basically, just find an activity you like, one you will actually commit to and want to do. Watch your heart rate, drink A LOT of water, and you will see the results when it comes time to deliver and get back in shape after!
