I am pregnant and a cam model and now want to get in shape. My body shape is average now I don't have to do any excercise to keep my body in shape. I know I can't do so much rigorous exercises. But, I want to get back in doing some Yoga exercises and perhaps some fast walking or jogging 30 minutes every other day. I just want to keep a healthy weight while being pregnant , so I won't get fat and explode like some women. Furthermore, I am thinking of maybe getting into a bit of light body building,boxing after the birth of my bouncing joy. I don't want to look like a muscle head just more like a muscular Amazon Goddess like. I am now 5'5 125 lbs now with a baby pouch. I hope maybe if I put some ads out I can possibly find other athletic preggos to work out with a few days a week. I feel overwhelm I don't want to get all sloppy and loose. What exercises would you recommend for a healthy pregnant woman? I thank all who took the time to read my blog post and gave me some honest suggestions. xoxo
