I"ve noticed that I simply cannot work more than 3-4 days in a row before taking a break day, even if I want to keep working more days in a row due to thigh soreness. On the 3rd or 4th straight day of dancing my thighs feel like jelly like they will give out during a dance! I work in a club that doesn't allow touching or to be in one position for more than 5 seconds so the girls end up moving around a lot during a dance, which kills the thighs. Also, it is a floor dance club only, no vip rooms, no champagne rooms, and no much stage tipping. The dance couches are also REALLY high off the ground, so that kills my thighs even more! Besides getting higher platforms shoes, and massages is there anything I can really do? I've been dancing for years now on and off and for a few months straight, and my body cannot tolerate more shifts...Ack! THe interesting thing is my feet don't hurt like most girls, only my thighs and lower legs. thanks!
