Default Buying outfits etc.. online versus in the store

Where I live there is an adult novelty store that sells a lot of outfits for dancers. I did notice when checking it out the prices were a little higher. But I also was able to really get an idea on the type of material they were made of etc.

For those of you who have the choice in buying online versus in the store is price the main component? I'm not too familiar with ordering online but seems like it could be a hastle if it's not the right size or the material falls apart int he wash.

Being new I'm sure I'll get an idea on name brands and things like that but starting off thinking I should buy in the store.

    What do you think?

i hate buying online..i usually go with ebay because its sooo damn cheap but the dark fabrics bleed onto my armpits ( gross looking), they don't fit right at all, and the sizing varies so much from company to company, and some of them have "x small to medium" and that's it. i would much rather feel the fabrics, try it out, then buy it. not to mention the time it takes for them to arrive plus the shipping its not even that much cheaper for me.. making your own is the cheapest

Idk what stores are by you, I go to the 'junior' stores, Forever 21, Char. Russe, wet seal, etc for cheapie bright color bras, skirts, panties. Yeah it's not 'stripper wear, but I make it work. Of course I cam so it's different..I think some of it could be worn in a club, as long as it's not a gown place or super fancy. I haven't looked in Goodwill, but I got some really nice designer skirts there (office wear). Plus a neon bra. $5.00 ea. I was looking at mini jean skirts, but I didn't want to go overboard buying at the time.
You're right, even higher priced 'stripper' wear is sometimes, poorly made w/cheap fabrics. I do go in Lover's Lane (adult store) I make note of the lingerie/stripper wear, & go on their websites usually same stuff for lower prices.

Well I'm a camgirl not a stripper (yet hehe) but I buy similar types of clothes. I ordered a few things from ebay but a lot of the times the sizing is off or it looks completely different than described. I'm totally an ebay fan in general but when it comes to this kind of thing where sizing is so important I think for my next purchases I'm just going to buy in person. I did buy Pleasers online because they were a lot cheaper and those were good, but for outfits and stuff it's more of a challenge. Maybe buying off of Snaz75 or another site geared towards strippers is better than random sellers on ebay but I can't say from experience.

if youre new don't buy anything. "stripper wear" is not for everyone and your club might even have a dress code. so many new girls go to tge stripper store and get neon cut out dresses, those weird leg wraps, tons of bedazzled shit, and then look really awkward till they realize they look much better In a simple bra and panty set from macys.

Maybe check it out in store and go back and buy online?

I always buy online because it's the same stuff they sell in stores but it's less expensive and there are also more styles and colors. Sometimes, it's not exactly what I expected, but it's usually not that big of a deal.

I always buy online. The choices I see in sex shops are pretty limited and much more expensive than online for the exact same thing. I never had a problem with the sizing, I am pretty small, 5'4, 115 lbs and the smallest size always fits even though I wear double D's, they just fill the outfit well...lol

To my surprise, I never had to exchange anything but I often buy from the same websites. But it happened once or twice that the item shown on the pictures looked much better than in person....
