Just curious since most of us are pretty knowledgeable on one or more "diets" or healthstyles.
I love when I eat a lot of fiber and am kicking off my own fiber rich diet to help slowly curb
the sugar and artificial crap that I eat.
I was really bad during/after my last period and now I have a little bit of extra pudge I don't like.
I'm not much for exercising but I don't think I'm that much of a schlub either-- I walk my dog, walk
around, and sometimes do activities like swim or skate or climb stuff aside from occasional strip club
dancingI have an opportunity coming up in a couple of weeks but want to lose weight. Instead of
doing intermediate fasting or a cleanse (though I've had success with both) I want to concentrate on
fiber.
I don't want to answer my own poll yet. I find if I'm bad, I eat maybe 5-15 grams in a day.
If I pay attention, I can easily get 25 grams. But I feel really awesome once I kick it up past the
35 grams/day point. I don't use fiber powders. I do like chia seeds and oatmeal but mainly
its from fruits and veggies. The next few days will probably be fruit-rich and then I'll start
bringing in the veggies more, which some people disagree with because of the natural sugars.
I've noticed that, as a blood-type B who's also followed the blood type diet from time to time, that I'm great with fruits and dairy, yet bad with lots of protein and
breads (though I think all blood types are advised to go gluten free/light.)
