I call bullshit, mainly from the over-sensationalised impression I got reading it. Is he trying to say that the twerking actually caused the miscarriage?
If she did actually miscarry onstage, I'd think that was just a matter of location, & it had started before she got up there.
ETA I just call bs on twerking being the actual cause of the miscarriage.

I don't know, it might be true that she miscarried onstage at least--a DJ from a Facebook SCDJ group posted another news article about it. I have no idea if twerking could actually bring on a miscarriage, but I would tend to doubt it.

If it is true thats unfortunate and sad.
I don't see how its physically possible to twerk while pregnant and not feel uncomfortable. I tried regular dancing while I was pregnant and could feel my baby bouncing and jiggling around like a weighted ball in my stomach - it was sooo uncomfortable. And twerking is more vigorous.
I dont think womans body is made for vigorous activity while pregnant just my thought. Where was her child's father or somebody to tell her to have several seats?

Miscarriages happen for various reasons. She may have been twerking and happened to have a miscarriage while on stage (unfortunately). Some women run, run on treadmills and do vigorous workouts throughout their pregnancies. It's just unfortunate timing. The fact that she had convulsions afterwards is even more unsettling. Yikes.

I read on some article (can't remember where) that she is a "self-proclaimed pole assassin" ... so Idk about twerking, but if she was doing hardcore pole tricks earlier in the night, I definitely see how that could have started a miscarriage. They say riding amusement park rides can cause pregnant women to miscarry, so I can only imagine that lots of spinning, flipping upside down, and dropping down the pole would have the same effect. But I wasn't there so Idk if she was even doing pole tricks or not. She could have been miscarrying anyway, because of a health problem with the fetus, and the twerking just sort of speeded up the bleeding...
If its true then I'm just very sorry for her loss

i hate all the comments from people, like she deserved it, and they are glad her baby died so he didn't have to have a stripper for a mother ! GRRR. what ugly, nasty, disgusting attitudes people have. all i know is that i snowboarded and took many bad falls before i knew i was pregnant, i also exercised thoughout my pregnancy vigorously..a woman's body is made to really cushion the baby, even if you do take some serious falls ( especially early on in pregnant). im sure she miscarried for other reasons, but that wouldn't make a sensational story for the stupid media..

I doubt very much the human race would ever have made it his far if pregnant women weren't able to get physical. Not like they had hospitals and doctors and comfy cribs back in the stone age. On the other hand, I'd lay off the pole ricks if I were a pregnant woman I think.

I'm kinda prone to believing that in this case there may have been some sort of underlying issue that prompted the miscarriage. I did cirque-esque style pole work until I was 6 months--granted, perhaps I was simply the exception?
I hope she is okay though. That must've been nightmarish for her: (

1-out-of-4 pregnancies results in a miscarriage, many ladies don't even know they're pregnant when it happens. I wouldn't fault Jhonni Blaze since it seems that she has been working and twerking for many moons. It's just unfortunate timing... and a nightmare scenario to have that happen on the stage.
Ugh.
I feel for her and I hope that she recovers.
