Aw guys, don't laugh, lol..It's a real question. She, if you want your vagina to produce more moisture, cut back on alcohol and caffeine, drink more water, less processed foods, use olive oil on your foods, more fruits and veggies. Also start taking flaxseed oil and vitamin E oil supplements. Stop smoking if you do. I'm not sure about the white stuff though..
I know this because a was a party girl- not eating healthy, tons of alcohol and drugs. Ever since I started eating healthy and being healthy, my vagina gets a lot more wetter than it use to.

I used to LOVE Mr Banderas.

Yeah definitely drink more water! I occasionally will take a shallow bath in baking soda to help restore pH levels in my vagina, as they can be thrown off by all of the activity. When my pH levels are good, I tend to have better moisture. If you are feeling dry and need immediate relief, I recommend Vagisil Feminine Moisture. It's feels like your normal stuff and it doesn't get sticky.

thick white cream??? are you even supposed to have that unless you have a yeast infection? i mean, im a normal woman who has secretion and everything, but the only time it was thick and white was when i had something going on down there..lol
Thick white discharge is normal, especially before and after TOM, if it is not chunky or smelly.

I think I know what you are talking about with the thicker white cream, this really all depends at what point of time you are around ovulation. Right before ovulation is when your vaginal secretions become more slippery, thicker, and have that egg white/white cream colored consistency that you've described.
In terms of vaginal dryness it really depends on your circumstances on what the cause is (low estrogen levels, lifestyle factors such as smoking, what medications you're taking, child birth, just to name a few). If you use douches often it can create a feeling of dryness.
You'd have to go to your doctor to find a cause to discuss this because if I remember correctly there are suppositories or estrogen supplements you can use to help you produce more copious discharge.

^ That is so interesting.....I had no idea there are supplements to make that happen.

I can't think of any particular names off of the top of my head, but they're out there.
I did a Google search and estriol vaginal cream came up. It's got some estrogen in it and apparently it doesn't need a prescription. Looks like it's used for post menopausal women.
It definitely sounds helpful, but if I were to use it I would still check with a doctor to discuss it beforehand since it's got a hormone in it.Thirty postmenopausal women with vaginal atrophy were treated with a vaginal cream or vaginal suppositories containing 0.5 mg estriol...The preparations were given daily for 14 days and then during the next 6 weeks a maintenance dose was applied twice a week....Subjective relief of vaginal symptoms was reported by all patients. Restoration of vaginal mucosa was confirmed by colposcopy. Some women noted a feeling of transient "vaginal heat" during the first days of treatment; otherwise no side effects were reported.
OP, you could try checking out this website that I found which has natural ways and other methods to decrease vaginal dryness:

Tis is tmi but I get this before or after my period ( I can't remember since It's a year since I had sex) but it always grossed me out! My ex would bitch about it( he'd pull his dick out and it was coated with thick white stuff( he's stop and wipe it off because it makes for crappy sex. All my ex's commented on it so I don't think it's super common.

Having thicker discharge at those times is fairly common, but the color varies from person to person. Sometimes it's more clear, in between, or cream colored. I also get a discharge that verges on being white with an egg yolk-like consistency, and yes I agree it is pretty gross lol. My partners have never noticed it except for one who would notice, but didn't think much of it.

Also, I didn't realize, but wikipedia has a great section on this phenomenon.
Yes, depending on a where a woman is in her cycle and whether she is fertile or infertile, her cervical secretions change to either assist or inhibit the passage of sperm.
There is actually a pretty cool science behind monitoring look and feel of discharge, depending on when you want to get pregnant or when not to. I even vaguely remember that depending on what your internal body temperatures is and how your discharge is, it can help determine whether you will conceive a boy or girl.
Anyway, I am going off on a tangent. I can't wait to read back up on this stuff after my workout!

^ Mine is thick white and creamy. You couldn't miss it. Tmi it would be all in my crack after sex. Lol. I wouldn't think anyone would wish for this. Like I said my ex would wipe it off when he'd pull out and we'd change postitions and wipe my crack if we were doing it doggy! Lol, wonder if op still wishes for this after reading this. Some gyn are stupid a few told me it was bv and put me on crème to get rid of it to make it worse. It never itched, hurt but it made it less sensitive? I finally found one who told me it was normal when ovulating.

^ I've also seen girls in porn have this all over the guy when fucking.....
I've always found that any discharge like that is directly related to what I've been eating. Anything with a lot of crappy refined carbs, sweets, etc. will produce something like that. However, when my diet is clean like JoJoX mentioned, I never get anything like that, pre- and post- ovulation included. In fact, it's totally normal and I lubricate easily.

^Yeah, it really varies from person to person and what their lifestyle habits are, what their overall general health is like, whether they are taking medications, especially if they're on the pill or other forms of hormonal birth control.
Years ago before I learned about this stuff I would experience this same thing. It would just get all over him and he thought maybe I was squirting. He didn't complain and I didn't know what was going on either. There are days where I will feel uncomfortable and change into new undies because I would feel like what I was wearing was too soaked.
Oh doctors, they say the darndest things sometimes. BV would have a strong, fishy odor and be itchy and uncomfortable. They may have just done a bad assessment on their part. Glad that you found a more accurate opinion from another gyn to clear it up for you.

Yeah I was on the pill when I had this and in the 8 years I was with my ex fiancée I think it happened like 5 times.
When I was taking Evening Primrose Oil, it turned my pussy into a super soaker.

I had a thread in Ladies Only asking what I could use to supplement wetness. Good to see some new ideas here, the product I chose was definitely a no-go.

It was a while ago, so unfortunately I can't quite remember. I think I took it once per day, but I don't remember the dosage. I was actually taking it for boob growth, but it didn't work for me (maybe I'm just too impatient). I gave up and got a breast aug. What was wrong with the product you found?

so I found out what causes vaginal dryness,
laxatives , who knew?
