I work at a bikini bar and we have $10 lap dances in our "lap dance area" (2 booths).
Last night I was giving a dance to one of my regulars and the security guard signaled to me that I had to dance... WTF?? he said because technically the customer does not have to pay if we aren't physically dancing.
That doesn't make sense to me.
When the customer asks for a dance aren't they basically renting my time and the booth space by paying the $10/ dance fee?
If so, then I don't HAVE to dance if the customer doesn't want me to dance, do i?
If that's not the case then, wouldn't we be able to sit in the booths and use them as regular seating if we weren't dancing?
I don't get why my club keeps coming up with these stupid rules that effect my $$. Less $$ for me means less $$ for them. So many girls stopped working at our club because of all these obscure rules that we "have" to abide by and customers are threatening not to come back because they feel uncomfortable. We are a very clean club, I don't know what they are so scared of...
