    Tired Permanent Hair/Scalp Damage

    Interesting article:

Your hair style can cause permanent hair damage, according to the American Academy of Dermatology. What sort of hair style, you ask? Oh just braids, ponytails, cornrows, hair extensions, and anything that involves combing, and/or brushing. Etc.

I had a weave sewn in once by a woman who wasn't super professional. She made my braids too thin at the starting points. The weight of the weave eventually pulled a few splotches of hair out. Thankfully, it grew back, but I had bald spots for a few months.

I try not to, but am guilty of winding my hair in a tight bun. I do use a wooden stick which helps, but I've noticed falling out hair more. I try to massage scalp daily, use aloe on it.
I tried Garnier's 'falling hair' leave in, but I'm going to get the L'oreal product for this
