    Smiley Favorite vitamins and supplements?

    Just curious as to what your favorite vitamins and supplements were? I love Evening Primrose Oil and have had awesome results with it and my skin, I used to take Hair Formula 37 a lot but have switched to the GNC Women's Hair Skin & Nails formula just recently. I also take a Tresos*BPluse an antioxidant multivitamin and amino acid complex and Bee propolis. I take Emergen-C when I can. I used to be really into the Juice Plus formula as well. Anybody recommend anything specific? When I first started dancing about 6 years ago a big chunk of my earnings went to whole foods and vitamins, I guess I was trying to swallow my way into having super powers or something...wait that came out wrong...anyways, just curious if you have any luck with a specific product or not? Thanks for reading!

    I used to take female ginseng to make my boobs bigger, it worked a bit,(maybe 1/2 a cup size if that) but only while constantly taking them. It also made me horny as hell, & helped w/my periods.

    wow that's really interesting, I've read that back in the day they used to feed Fenugreek seeds to women in harems for the same purpose...but I've never heard that about ginseng. cool! thanks for sharing!

    totally trying this, thanks! I took iron tablets a while back because I felt very drained, but I'm not sure if they actually worked or not... Maybe it was a placebo effect, I didn't notice any difference when I stopped taking them.

    Other than that I haven't tried anything...yet.

    EPO has me eating everything in sight

    my favorite vitamin is chlorella and or spirulina, they regulate everything from my head to toes

    Yeah, see I've been told some vitamins make you eat more? Ugh don't want that, I eat everything in sight as it is

    lycopene, prenatal vitamins, biotin, fish oils, flax seed oil every day or i try to every day. green tea. want to start taking ginseng

    I take a fish/ flax seed/ borage oil blend just because I've heard I'm supposed to. I also take 5000 mcg's or whatever the unit is of biotin, and I SWEAR it makes my hair grow sooo fast, I'm talkin pixie to shoulder-grazing in barely a year. Tonalin CLA seems to keep the cellulite somewhat under control, and I can see more definition to my abs when I take it than when I don't. It's kind of a pain in the ass, though, because you have to take it 3 times a day, and it's $20 for 60 capsules. After my surgery, I'll start taking a ridiculous amount of vit. E for my stupid jacked-up titty.

    Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 tblspns daily
    Acidophilus for probiotic...good bacteria for digerstion, all that jazz
    Vitamin D
    I used to take B vitamins regularly, but noticed that sometimes it would amp me up too much and make me anxious.
    Calcium when I remember, typically in the evening before bed!
    Coconut oil, though not a supplement, is great for every part of your body, pretty much
    I've begun using N-Acetyl-Cysteine (purchased on Amazon) supplements to lessen my trichotillomania urges (I pull out my lashes when stressed out! and jeez....my eyebrows were non existent before 2005). Seems to help.
    I plan to begin taking magnesium and potassium for stress and anxiety management.

    Sounds too good to be true, lol. Does it make you bloated? If not, I'm running to GNC.
