Default Is there a way to get rid of sunburn fast?!

My friend is very pale so she burns instead of tans and we spent the morning at the beach. She was laying stomach-down on her towel and by the time we got back to her apartment her whole back was red. Now, hours later, her entire backside is red from her back to her legs, except her ass is still very pale because she was wearing a bikini. We have to work tomorrow night at a nude club. The redness is only on the back side of her body so the front looks fine and obviously the redness won't be as visible under the club lighting, but as of right now she thinks she's too sunburned to go in but she's on schedule and hasn't worked in a while so she needs the money.

Ladies who are prone to sunburns, does anyone know any quick ways she can alleviate this redness? She is about to take a cold shower and then rub aloe vera all over herself. I was thinking maybe she could use makeup/coverup to put on her back during work because obviously her back is not in an area that would rub off on customers. We have to be at work by 9pm so we have less than 24 hours to help her look more presentable.

Can anyone provide help or is she doomed?

    Cut them off. Wait.

I am sure with the lights at work her burn won't look that bad. Her feet may hurt a lot. Very pale people who say they burn instead of tan do not wear sunscreen. If she wore sunscreen she just wouldn't tan. Wear sunscreen.

Maybe get a spray-tan to even things out?

Take tea bags, preferably dark tea, brew it, then chill it. Go in the bath with a rag and apply the tea water to burn and DO NOT RINSE. Then go to bed. This may sound crazy, but look it up. There is something called tanic acid in dark tea (or just any Lipton tea bag) that takes the burn out. IT WORKS.

The best thing for me is to take a cold shower as soon as possible to cool it off, like with a fire burn. I keep a jar of Noxema in the freezer just for sunburns, I slather that on and sit in front of an ac for half an hour, shower off with cool water and put refrigerated aloe vera on. As much as it hurts to touch, she should moisturize like a mad woman so it doesn't peel before it stops hurting. Trying to cover a peeling sunburn looks worse than just rocking the red. Do NOT exfoliate until the burn heals. And stay out of the sun until the burn is gone. I once got 3D golf-ball sized water blisters for getting a sunburn on top of my peeling burnt skin. Nasty and painful as *&%$!
