    - $80 in required tip outs
    - $130 travel costs
    = $320 in profit .

I was in the club about 7p.m. - Midnight each day.
I know .... partly my fault for not sticking in to the later hours.
It wasn't really worth going out of town for. I managed to NOT see any massage guys during the day time hours somehow.
If I would have had at least one massage guy each day I would have at least brought back over $500.

I wonder if this club / place is taking a bad turn. This girl came into the dressing room ( she is gorgeous and I always assumed she made a TON ) ...... she said that last weekend she got NO dances and tonight she hadn't either. ? ! ? wtf ....

On a positive note .... I was BURNT AF on my day job . It is not looking so bad now .

This place is only 3 hours from home ( my closest and most frequent club ) .
If / when I go back ( haven't decided for next weekend ) , I will find a way to pre-market massage offerings a few days ahead .
This is what I hate about having to travel 2-3 hours each way to dance. The hotels/food/transportation costs. I try to plan intelligently and go in when I’m looking my best, most energetic, etc...but it’s no fun walking into a club knowing that you are already in the hole. Like if it was a slow night and I live up the street I wouldn’t feel bad about a couple hundred dollars but when that only covers my hotel room it’s the worst. I haven't danced in 3-4 months but am going back soon and when I do I’m trying to schedule my refs for 1-2 days I’m there and only work the shifts when my bartender friend works cuz she points me to the spenders.

    ^ yup. it's a risk every time.
Even when I have a reg. saying they are coming ect.

I have all kinds of tricks. Day time side hustles + bringing some day job tasks up to do during the day to kill an hour here and there between resting during the day.

But this manager has something against me. He never gives me shows, even though everyone said that I make the best shows on stage (customers and other dancers) and there are other non-friendly details. I feel like he uses passive aggression in order for me to leave the club or make less money, idk what he wants. I am just sad and unmotivated...
I'm typically a quiet keep-to-myself-unless-spoken-to type of person too. I've found that quiet people get hated on as much as the loud drama queens because some people mistake quietness or shyness with arrogance and dislike... and this is even more true if you're conventionally attractive. Too many assume a shy/quiet hot girl to be a stuck up bitch who thinks she's too good to talk to anyone.

I've had similar experience. At one club, the waitresses and managers didn't like me for being quiet. One day the club was having a stage show contest. The waitress and manager in charge of running the event excluded me but considered all the other girls there that day, even though customers and fellow dancers alike always commented on how good I was on the pole. Favoritism and cliques.

If anyone has a problem with me not being willing to give extensive chit chat ( in moments I'm recovering from that with the customers ) fuck em.

It was such a strange shift, pretty much all night my timing was just off. There’s a customer that’s been starring me down for several days now but he’s always surrounded by girls .I’ve even had girls come over and tell me to go to him and try to Idk I guess help me out because he’s rich. I finally get a chance to introduce myself and chit chat and he gives me nada wth ? I was onstage right when groups of guys came in so they weren’t settled in and hadn’t gotten ones yet but by the time I got off stage girls were literally on top of them.

This kid I did dances for kept stopping other guys from tipping me and grabbing me and trying to talk to me. Guys kept grabbing my butt wth ? The crowd was just super grabby. I ended up doing 12 double dances with this really nice guy and this hot older Latina and I’m super grateful for her because she called me over for him and talked him into the double dances but then I ended up missing my stage set when guys were drunk and throwing money* shrugs*

Decent shift, but I did that thing again where the other dancers stare at me blankly. Some were telling jokes in the dressing room at the end of the night. So I offered one…

Today was fun! Very few dancers and customers, but still good for us. I felt cute in my costume. One customer brought several dances so I made twice my quota within my first hour, and two regulars come in. A good ending for this month.

Long time lurker (almost 7 years, haha!) first post!!!!

I took a mental health day on Monday after my last two shifts having been miserable and miserably low earning, that I surprisingly did not at all feel guilty about - usually when I skip out on a shift I had planned to work I may tell myself that it’s guilt free but then the next shift I do go in for I feel anxious and like I don’t want to, can’t even, should have gone yesterday, opportunity cost of not having the full week, etc.

The past few months have involved going in very often with low goals ($500-$700), trying to sell only dances and making sure I really enjoyed myself, all the while believing that soon once again I will sell good long VIPs to good customers, and keeping the faith even though I was seeing no evidence yet. This was my way of experimenting to see whether I was permanently burned out, and if so, whether or not I would be okay with working 4-5 shifts at those lower amounts for the next few years and retiring more modestly. I was okay with that possibility, and was so grateful for that money! Like you wouldn’t even BELIEVE! coming from someone who has been a consistent top earner in past eras! but still I kept the faith because I needed to be open to it!

I went in last night, felt totally in the flow, no guilt, got right into it, did some dances and sold a 2-hour VIP with ease! The customer seemed alright and passed my screening process on the floor (I actually do tell people outright that nothing “happens” in VIP with me - always have been that kind of hustler, never the vague shit but total respect for that hustle because as you guys know many ladies really pull it off and give the customer a clean experience he’s happy about and tips generously on!). We get into VIP and he’s CRAZY aggressive. The whole time. I was surprised he wanted to renew and I was surprised I even felt like I had the stamina to deal with him for another hour. It was A LOT of work, but by the end he’d said he had a good time. Stiffed me on the four-figure tip he’d said he’d give me, but I honestly was so happy to accept the $400 he did leave even though I know I deserved more!

In the past I would have internalized this and felt miserable and shitty, but I really was, and am, so grateful! I feel like I’m really on the right track now with getting clearer with the Universe about the kind of customers I really want to find on the floor!! Or be put into rooms with by management, even, potentially!! I know management knows good respectful customers that never go on the floor!! Doesn’t matter how it happens, as long as it does, and as long as it’s with the right customers and IT IS COMING!!!

Falling in love with dancing again. Never really fell OUT, per se, but I had a very hard time coming out of this long slump.

I hope this post was an inspiration to all of you lovely ladies!

Keep on stripping! Keep on loving our AMAZING gig!

"emotional gold-diggers" I'm loving it LOL

Love how you're keeping it 100% real in that post haha. Thank you, it brightened up my day although I am sorry these motherfuckers are stupid cheap jackasses over there :/

I usually just act like an airhead bitch that doesn't understand much beyond $$$$. Sometimes when I get exhausted acting, I start acting like myself which is basically a straight up bitch. Once in a blue moon I am actually nice, and this is the exception, not the rule. All personalities make money.

Yeah allot of girls dont like me for being quiet, but you know what as soon as I start trying to be friends with these girls 25% wants to insult me, belittle me, start petty drama. I hustle and focus on talking to customers. If i connect with a girl or two thats fine I made a good friend. But quality over quantity, I cant waste my energy on all the girls, because some dont deserve it. lol

Y'all, that full moon had everyone wilding. One of my customers got kicked out for being too drunk, and then he threatened to kill the manager, and then my manager called the cops.

Another customer kept sitting at the tip rail and saying rude stuff, like "how much for you to sit on my face for 10 hours? Your boobs are terrible. You're a virgin, I can tell. I'm gay. You love anal, don't you? I want to suck your nipples. Sit on my face." He really upset one of the dancers, but all I could hear coming out of his mouth was "I'm a drunk asshat, take my money."

It was my highest earning shift EVER at this club, and on a Tuesday afternoon when there wasn't shit going on in town.

Plus, we had our first real cold front and it was fun to finally wear winter stripperwear (long sleeved, crushed velvet crop top and thigh high boots) and sit by the fire pit in the courtyard with whiskey and a smoke.

Pretty good yesterday. First few hours was terrible with like 30 girls and 5 customers. It picked up. And the highlight was being given a $100 bill on stage shortly before I left. Customer may have been drunk haha

That's a pet peeve of mine about the industry! We're supposed to be watching our figures and yet all the food available to us during shifts is trash. Even the small minority of housemoms who have their shit together still bring in unhealthy snacks and some variation of noodles and gravy.

Absolutely. The bar also serves some pub food (which harkens back to North Carolina’s restauranteur laws for serving alcohol), and of course it’s all deep fried. Nobody’s expecting five star dining at a strip club, but would it kill them to maybe just be a little mindful about not serving absolute shit?

I met a pimp tonight lol. I asked him for a dance and he wanted me to sit and chat a bit. My shift just started so I said why not. He was saying stuff like “girl what are you doing here? You could be making much more doing other things.” I thought he was a fucking porn recruiter at first lmao!! He said he ran some escort agency but I can’t look it up because it’s some deep web shit and that he has to get 20% of whatever I charge. He honestly sounded legit but that’s just not my thing. But yeah eventually I got him to VIP (I was just leading his ass on like I’m naive and soooo interested in order to get that VIP lol) and he kept stuffing money in my bra and panties. Then he wouldn’t shut up about my number so I gave him a fake one (imagine if I gave him the sheriff’s just to fuck with him lmao he was an out of towner) anyway he ended up biting my tit super hard so I ended that.
The night was pretty slow until these hammered college guys came in 30 mins to close and bought dances from all the girls that stayed until then end

OMG!!! The other night there was a new girl and I came up to talk to her when it got slow. She said she got fired from the other club and I was like aww why girl?! And she all casually was like “cuz a customer started eating my pussy and the manager got all mad and made me leave.” LMAO like what??? I had to explain to her that you can’t do that and she was confused. Omg sometimes I hate being a dancer because OTHER girls are so damn stupid, you know? It makes me feel like “damn what am I doing here?” Then when we were cashing out she was asking me for tips and I told her she needs to talk more to the customers not just wanna dance them. And she’s like “but they’re all SO ugly. I HAVE to be attracted to them. Do you dance for ugly guys too??” I told her all I see are dollar signs and left and haven’t seen her since.
